Two Large Bedrooms with connecting doors, this layout boasts a total of 4 QUEEN SIZE BEDS, 2 ensuite bathrooms, 2 kitchenettes with fridge, coffee maker, 1 microwave, dining table and chair for 4, start up of coffee and tea, lots of cupboard space, TV, AC, FREE Wifi, ceiling fans, black out blinds, porcelain tiled floors, great water pressure, telephone, in-room safe, iron and board, hangers. Can sleep up to 8, two to a bed. SEASCAPE is located on Tropical Avenue, LEFT TURN before reaching Beaches Key West resort. An easy walk to Grace Bay beach access or into the town of Grace Bay. With over 50 restaurants and bars to choose from, you are close to supermarket, medical, car rentals, local eateries, shopping, excursions and more. Loved Seascape! Just the right size for us. Staff was great and everything was super clean.

for the most part we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean when we arrived; the maintenance staff worked hard everyday on the grounds. The pool was beautiful and the location was quiet and never overcrowded. Some things that could have been better - there were only 4 bikes (and at least one was broken) - we were a party of 5. Not your typical hotel where you can expect daily service: housekeeping did not come every day, despite us leaving our room early and being out all day - when they did come, they did not replenish. One morning we called because we ran out of toilet paper; after 2 hours of nothing arriving my husband went to the front office & he was told it would be right up - 8 hours later when we returned to our room, still no toilet paper. We were told there would be chairs when we arrived at the beach. There were none, we drove back to the hotel to request some; after 1/2 an hour they arrived. The next day we asked at the front office for chairs for the beach. We were told they were at the beach. Again they were not. We again drove back to request some; an hour later they arrived.

Modern, new, clean hotel with the best staff, close to the world’s best beach, Grace Bay! It’s a win win all around. Wish it were on Grace bay to be able to walk out onto the beach, instead it’s a quick golf cart and you are there! The staff was super helpful, professional and kind. Beth goes above and beyond to attend to our needs. The beach is heavenly and the staff is the jewel of this brand new, CLEAN, great facility!

Wish it were on Grace bay to be able to walk out onto the beach, instead it’s a quick golf cart and you are there! The staff was super helpful, professional and kind.
