About this house rental
Have you ever wanted to check out "THE VILLAGES LIFESTYLE"? Grab a flight and have a shuttle drop you off at the front door. Take the four-person gas golf cart everywhere you need to go. This clean and updated house is located between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. Just a golf cart ride away from shopping, dining, golfing, swimming pools, entertainment and so MUCH more. Basic Cable is in the living room and Firesticks are on all three TVs (living room, master and guest bedroom). Pets - $100 (please give a description of the pet at the time of booking.) Excess laundry - $30 For stays longer than two months - $50 for deep clean.

Great location, very clean, kitchen is well-equipped, owner is very nice and quickly responds to questions. We would stay here again!

This was our second stay in the villages and our first stay at this property. We liked the location, but needed another place. This rental was a home run. It was very clean, roomy for us 4 girls. Niki’s communication was quick and very friendly. I’m not one to write reviews, however all the girls that stayed here kept raving about the home. She had beach towels, a Keurig coffee pot, comfy linens, blankets, a golf cart… what more could you need for a Villages Pickleball outing. If your thinking about booking, do it, you will be happy you did.

Great Getaway!
A clean, easy accessible home in a great location made for a wonderful family celebration. The owner, Niki was super accommodating & responsive. We enjoyed stepping into the Villages lifestyle. Great location between Spanish Springs & Sumter Squares.

GREAT STAY
House is in a nice location, almost equal distance between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter. Home layout was nice with the master on one side and other two on the other with a door that closes it off. Kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook at home. Golf cart was nice. Owner was easy to get in touch with. We have rented a half dozen places in the villages, this was our favorite.

Nice place. Nice stay. I was a little disappointed to be charged $90 after the fact for a plumber for a "clogged toilet." I was initially told the bathroom was "flooded." I personally checked every room before we left and things were fine. As I communicated with the owner the so-called "flooded" bathroom morphed into just a "clogged toilet". Even if that was the case, the cleaning lady (whose $120 fee was already built into the reservation) should have been able to unclog a toilet. It felt like skimming a little extra. Other than that, I was satisfied with the place.

Only stayed for a few days while passing thru to show others how amazing The Villages is. This location is perfectly located in a very quiet village, was well equipped, large walk-in closet in master bedroom, comfortable air conditioned lanai, too many good things to list. Great communication with the owners and we look forward staying there again soon.

The reservation, payment, confirmation, communication process was all very easy. The home is in an older section of The Villages, but provided the space we needed for 2 couples to comfortably share. Golf courses, Rec. Centers and Town Squares were all easily accessible by golf cart or car.

Great home, great location.
Great communication with property owner. The home was spotless, and in a great location. Close to my sister’s home, grocery and shopping. I would recommend house to anyone.
