Strictly no smoking at the property, inside or outside. Please don’t book this house if you are a smoker or anyone in your group smokes. Strictly no parties. Non shedding well behaved dogs are welcome. There is a $75 pet fee payable for thr privilege of bringing your fur baby with you. Guest Access: All spaces in the main house are available except for the garage. There is a shed out the back though that is available should you wish to store bikes and surfboards. Interaction with Guests: The house is all yours but we aren’t far away so if you need anything we are only a few minutes away and can attend if needed.
