Traumhafte Aussicht
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war bestens, alles vorhanden! Der Balkon war für uns wie ein Zimmer zusätzlich. Die Aussicht auf den See war sensationell, haben wir auf den Fotos gar nicht so wahrgenommen, obwohl die Wohnung im 1. Stock liegt. Hallenbad im Hause top, sauber! Vorderes Schlafzimmer etwas ringhörig, da es zur Strasse liegt. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche verbracht! Die Wohnung war beim Einzug blitzblank, die beiden Schlafzimmer für uns als Familie sehr praktisch. Das Hallenbad ist ein grosses Plus. Die Terrasse hat ab Mittag keine Sonne mehr, das war jetzt im Februar etwas früh, ist aber im Hochsommer sicher ideal.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche verbracht! Die Wohnung war beim Einzug blitzblank, die beiden Schlafzimmer für uns als Familie sehr praktisch. Das Hallenbad ist ein grosses Plus. Die Terrasse hat ab Mittag keine Sonne mehr, das war jetzt im Februar etwas früh, ist aber im Hochsommer sicher ideal.

Sehr gute Lage, sonnig und geräumig. Alles da was man für unbeschwerte Ferien braucht. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür muss man auch nicht Angst haben, dass man vom blossen Gebrauch Schäden hinterlässt. Bitte Duschkopf/Schlauch und Duschvorhang ersetzen (ist schon ziemlich "gruusig") Kommen gerne wieder

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön und gut erreichbar in 10 Minuten zu Fuss von der Promenade von Ascona. Sehr schönes Innenpool und grosser Balkon mit super Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Parkplatz sehr eng.

Die Wohnung hat eine ausgezeichnete erhöhte Lage, nahe zur Fussgängerzone. Schöner Balkon mit Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore. Etwas ringhörig. Die Betten waren gut, wir haben ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Unser Tipp: betreffend Abfallentsorgung einen Vermerk machen, dass in Ascona spezielle (gelbe) Abfallsäcke zu verwenden sind.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es war auch alles sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, man erreicht das Zentrum von Ascona in ein paar Gehminuten. Wir können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen :-). Auch der Service vor Ort hat ein grosses Dankeschön verdient.

Bel appartement, proche à pieds du centre ville. Balcon donnant à l’Est avec vue sur un bout du lac. Piscine pour les occupants de l’immeuble, nous y avons été tous les jours et jamais croisé personne (6 appartements en tout). Cuisine petite mais bien équipée. Chambres correctes, matelas un peu mous mais on s’habitue. Wifi sur place. A l’arrivée, quelques basiques disponibles (produit vaisselle, PQ, etc). Nous recommandons !
