This beach apt. has stunning ocean views, and is steps away (2 minute walk) from the beach, and walk distance of restaurants, and local shops. Located in the beautiful beach town of Encinitas Neptune , the apartment has been completely remodeled with a boho chic designs to offer our guests a true San Diego experience. The outside area has a deck with a gorgeous view of the ocean, so you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and a sunset happy hour in the afternoon all with a view! No gym access!!!!!! Weber BBQ on the deck area - Fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, water, pots and pans, various cooking utensils, cups, plates, and utensils - Washer and dryer - Alexa - 3 TV's (featuring YouTube TV on each) - Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella Apt has 1000 sq ft. Note : We live in the propety the unit is completaly separate it is over our 4 car garage . Close by beaches : Stone Steps , Beacons , GrandView , Moonlight We aloud 1 pet (dog ) đŚNo cats . In order to bring a pet you must communicate with us before so we can be aware . đYour dog Must be potty trained and you are not aloud to leave your pet alone in the apartment to avoid barking and other issues ⌠No access tĂ´ our gym No air conditioning

I had never been to San Diego. This property was beautiful! Walking distance from the beach and the town. Our flight got in very early into San Diego and Sarah and Lee were so nice to let us check in early! The property looks just as advertised. Clean, up to date and easy access to everything. I would definitely recommend this vrbo!

Exceptionally clean, comfy, beautifully decorated and stocked! Gorgeous location with a perfectly appointed deck and views of the ocean - exactly as described. Easy walk in a lovely neighborhood to local restaurants and shops in Encinitas and Leucadia. Minutes to stone steps and access to the beach, very walkable to moonlight beach. Definitely recommend, this is a wonderful place to stay!

We found we could get to everything we wanted, including a lot of restaurants and shopping, within just a few minutes of this site. At the same time we had an ocean view and a beautiful place to say. Sarah was eager to help but the place was flawless and we didn't really need her. We loved it.

We loved our stay here in Encinitas. The apartment was so cute and clean. It was bigger than we expected and perfect for our family. We loved sitting on the patio watching the waves with our coffee and the sunset in the evenings. Having a washer and dryer to use was so convenient! It was a short 5min walk to the Beach at Stone steps which was so fun! They provided beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and towels which was great. It was an easy 15min walk to Moonlight beach or icecream! The owners were so friendly and helpful. We would love to go back and highly recommend.

This property is exactly how it presents itself on VRBO. It's darling and spotless. It's a great location and Lee and his wife are both incredibly responsive and accommodating.

Very clean and beautifully appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Good water pressure in shower, lots of hot water. Kitchen had new appliances and was fully stocked. This is a unit above the garage of the owner's home (they are oceanfront, but you have partial ocean views and can hear the ocean). Owners very friendly. Quiet neighborhood can walk to beach. Would stay here again!

This is a great property with a ton of attention to detail on the little things that matter for you stay. The property was immaculately clean and well stocked with conveniences. The 2 bedroom is modern, has wonderful appointments, and plenty of space. There is a patio with a partial ocean view which is great for morning coffee or an afternoon unwind. You can walk to the beach access or to downtown Encinitas easily. Simply put, we had a wonderful stay!

The space was exactly has described. The pictures sold me, and in person exceeded my expectations. The decorating is upscale, yet comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect. The balcony/patio was great to view the ocean and have a cup of coffee in the a.m., read a book in the afternoon and a cocktail at sunset. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked more than adequately with some special touches. The hosts Sarah and Lee are lovely. We will be back.

Host, Stephanie, is a very nice person. No issues at all. The property was amazing. Spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated in a cute beach theme. Humongous private patio area. No wonder she is always booked! I stay somewhere every weekend for work and this is the best by far! Am so excited I found availability to come back. Chose this one if you have the chance. You won't regret it one bit!

The property is clean with the amenities and comforts of home and the decor and layout made it very inviting. The ocean views from the private patio and living room are breathtaking.
The location is within walking distance to Stonesteps Beach and local dining and shops so we did not have to use our vehicle the duration of our stay.
The property owners, Lee and Sarah are extremely hospitable and provided prompt responses to our inquiries. Also, there was a minor issue with the ice dispenser and Lee resolved the matter quickly.
If you are seeking a place that is clean with picturesque ocean views and responsive owners then search no more because this Encinitas property is a hidden gem!

Attentive host and great location
Sarah was so helpful with making sure we had everything we needed, as we were traveling with a newborn and a toddler. It was the perfect space for our family. We enjoyed how close the beach was and also a short travel time to Sea World. We would recommend this space for anyone with small children looking for a getaway.

Amazing stay!
We loved our stay! The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The place was lovely with lots of little extras like coffee pods, shampoo and bottled waters. The location is perfect. Walk to the breach in less than 5 minutes and the view from the patio was gorgeous. We would definitely stay again.

Encinitas oceanfront retreat
The location is superb for a ocean retreat in Encinitas. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to Stone Steps to get to the beach. The above the garage spacious two bedroom apartment is bright and very comfortable with luxury linens and a kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking items. Sarah and Lee live in the house in front on the bluff. They were very helpful and welcoming but also left us alone to have our privacy. Would love to come back hopefully soon. Thanks very much!

This place completely excelled in cleanliness, comfort, and location. I am very very fussy about cleanliness, and linens. The bedding is so comfortable. The hosts are unbelievably kind, helpful and so easy to deal with. I was worried about privacy since the owners live on the property. It is very private and we were never disturbed. I feel so fortunate to have found this place and Sarah and Lee, the hosts. I can't wait to return.

Motherâs Day beach weekend
Thank you so much for hosting such a breathtaking property! Sara was quick to reply to any questions and was overall an amazing hostess. Truly a sweet couple of folks who made sure our stay was VIP status. The house was exactly as described and more. The place is a short walk to the beach (less than a minute) and the 101 is about a 5 minute walk down for shops and food. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved it and plan to come back to enjoy again.

Had a great stay in Encinitas. The location was perfect. Sarah and Lee were great hosts and the condo was absolutely adorable! Didn't want to leave and will definitely recommend to family and friends who are thinking about an Encinitas getaway. Highly recommend!

We loved enjoying the evenings on the deck, bbq-ing while watching the sunset with a glass of wine! During the day, the Stone Steps down to the surf are a 2 minute walk away and Moonlight Beach is just a couple of blocks down the road. So the condo is in THE perfect location.
We also walked down to some cute restaurants. Everything is so close!
Sarah and April we just wonderful and super helpful, giving us great tips and restaurant recommendations.
