We loved staying in this house, and would definitely willlook up this accommodation in the future .

The layout and furnishings were were very inviting . Very spacious and comfortable.

A fan in the bathroom would have helped with so many showers each day, and a clothesline would have helped, with our washing. But we couldn’t fault any thing else.

I really enjoyed my stay, I would definitely stay again.

I loved everything about the property, the styling was great all the facilities were great. There was a good selection of books if you’re into that. It’s was a very warm and inviting space to be in I highly recommend it!

The shower head was the only thing I didn’t like, other than that the place was beautiful, the shower head doesn’t diminish any of the great things about the property, I would definitely stay there again.

This property is thoughfully and meticulously equipped, reflecting a high level of care & attention.

Well kitted out property, plenty of thought, consideration and care has gone into this property. It is not a cheaply fitted out holiday rental. Home away fom home.

Lovely little place and wonderful covered back area.

Such a pretty house. Good sized rooms. Loved the outside area. Big covered area with couch and TV. Great for hot days.

The property was clean with everything we needed.

The renovation work on this property isn't complete. It was advertised as 2 bathroom when in fact is was only 1 bathroom with a second toilet in the laundry.

Not a suitable property for couples requiring separate bathroom facilities

location close to town. large comfortable living area and well equipped kitchen

it did not have the two bathrooms as advertised. Not suitable for 2 couples requiring separate facilities. Over Bath shower not comfortable. No hanging spaces in 2 main bedrooms. With 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom is not appropriate

Proximity to town centre. Size of the house, comfort and amenities offered were great.

There are ongoing and unfinished repair and maintenance works. Street noise from passing trucks. No coffee machine only instant coffee.

Disappointing and not good value for money in it's present state of construction.

The property is located close to the Orange CBD. The bed was very comfortable. There as a large outdoor area at the back that was very nice with the present autumn weather.

The bathtub was stained. The entry from the kitchen to living area had been widened, but there were holes left in the brickwork around the timber framing that you could see through! One of the bedrooms had timber framing where a built-in had been started, but had not been completed....numerous other indicators that this was a "work in progress". The house smelled musty and damp and without any fly screens on the windows and back doors, it was difficult to air it and not have problems with flies.

Enjoyable.

Good position and good ammenities.

Could not turn the TV on inside as there was no remote. The reservation was done on the cheap and a lot of the work was poorly finished or not finished. This is being a little picky although as this did not impact on the stay. Most properties these days also provide more than just instant coffee.

Beautiful fit out. Last minute booking/checkin possible.

Instructions needed re heating and how to work everything outside (we didn't use outside but wld be useful). Were also no tea towels, just one plugging a hole in wall to left of stove

Not Up To Scratch

Very nice rooms and kitchen.

Booked and paid for 4 people and only got two towels. The property is not finished. Exposed timber framing and pink bats. Extension Leads run all around the entertainment area. The barbecue was dirty with bits of meat stuck to the grill.

It was reasonably clean and comfortable but could have had a heater in the bathroom or a bath mat

The pillows were hard like rocks

Exceptional

We were there for an overnight stay for business meeting with some of our staff. It was fantastic and I only wish we could've stayed longer to use all of the wonderful facilities outside. We will be back with friends for sure.
