These are the upstairs accommodations of the Pelicans House that can be rented separately or as part of the rental of the entire house. There is a private entrance and the unit features a queen bedroom, bathroom, galley kitchen and a living area with a pull out sofa. Guests can also access a private balcony with outside seating that overlooks the back of the property. This unit has access to the private laundry room located on the first floor of the h ouse just inside the downstairs entry.

Great location, nice apt
The location was great, just across the street from bay and pier. Thanks to owner for allowing my cat to visit. She/we really enjoyed the outdoor patio, the best part. Walking distance to downtown area was a plus.
My biggest concern was that the pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Felt bad for my friend having to sleep on it.
Could have used a toaster and a little more decor. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay.
