Avery, We all loved the property, plenty of space for us, our children with their spouses, and the grandchildren. The kitchen was so big, we had 3 chefs cooking all the meals, including the Thanksgiving meal. We played tennis on the tennis court, table tennis, and the giant Jenga in the game room. The heated pool and the jacuzzi were an absolute hit. Avery, thank you for everything, we are happy. We wish you a happy 2023.

Amazing! This property is absolutely stunning. We want to come back so we can actually enjoy everything on it. We stayed here because I was getting married nearby and the host was more than accommodating and helpful. It was an amazing weekend. The house is wonderful and has everything you need! Would stay again .

The house was spacious and had everything we needed! Kids loved the pool and games in the garage. We had a great stay!

We had a great fun time for the adults and the kids. The property has everything one can ask for- so many activities and amenities, and overall, the kids enjoyed every minute of it. It was a great way to end the summer before the kids are ready to go back to school.

A family gathering of 14 stayed at this property for 5 days and loved all this house and property had to offer. We were vacationing in San Diego and spent the days out and about and headed here for the evenings to unwind and relax. We even cancelled a day of activities to stay home and enjoy the property. Everyone had a blast, from 4 years old to 65. The owner was in constant communication and all our needs were met. The house was comfortable, clean and had more activities than we had time. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting or if you want to unwind for a weekend.

The property manager was very responsive. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the pool during our stay due to the cover being broken and the sauna also wasn't working either. However, the property manager sent someone to fix the pool later on. Overall, our stay was enjoyable despite a few snags.

What a beautiful property for a wedding. We had our dream wedding on the tennis court. The house was amazing and we look forward to celebrating our 1 year anniversary back again. The property manager and owner were very responsive and their hospitality was exceptional.

The whole experience was nothing short of exceptional. The grounds are beautifully kept and we took full advantage of the amenities. The house has ample room and the kitchen has a great open concept so cooking can be done easily. Everything was very clean and it seems like the owners take great pride in curating a great experience. The communication before and during our stay was amazing. Would book this again and again.

A great place to stay in Alpine. Quiet with valley views from the front of the house. A large pool with a lot of space. The property extends downhill below the house with a lawn and tennis court, which we did not use. The spa heater was broken when we arrived, which was the only negative part of the stay. We were visited by a neighbor's large black dog, super friendly, so he received treats, fresh water and lots of attention. Communication with host (Avery) was quick and efficient. Definitely would come back to visit Alpine!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Alpine gem in the hills. We enjoyed the pool day and night. We played tennis on Friday morning with my son and his girlfriend, great fun. Basketball net was ripped, but minor issue. We played 2 great wiffle ball games on the large grass area. The accomodations were really nice, comfortable beds, lots of space, workout room. Separate apartment was great for our teen boys, so they could have their own space. One bummer was the jacuzzi didn't work and the lights in the pool were out. Fire pits were nice last night as the night was winding down. It was nice to have plastic cups available for the pool area. Parking in the shade, right by the house was a huge bonus. Communication with the host was absolutely the best. Overall a great stay and look forward to returning and will recommend to all. Our Family had 10 people and we were really comfortable. Super quiet area too. Neighbors dog is super cool too, he wanted to play ball with us all. Thank you Avery for everything.

We stayed for a family reunion in the San Diego area. House had all the amenities and everything we needed. Loved the pool. Had some problems with water pressure, contacted owner, and problem was resolved in 2 hours. Beds very comfortable. Would stay at this location if I were you.

I cannot stress enough how relaxing our spur of the moment stay here was. The amenities were endless and the cleanliness was unmatched. The pool is heated which really allowed us to get as much use out of it as possible. There was so much to do just on this property Alone and not enough time. Also, the beds were perfect. The bedding was CLEAN and soft and there were SO many pillows, best sleep ever. Avery was very communicative and met all of her needs. She even contacted me during our stay letting me know that heather cornhole boards she had ordered had arrived and if we wanted we could use them. She drove up to the mountains just to bring them up to us. It’s one thing to have a beautiful home, it’s another to genuinely care about your guests. I will be staying here again!!!

We loved our stay at this property for our first family vacation (with our kids & grandkids). Lots of personal touches to welcome our family & special treats for us. The home is beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed everything from the salt water pool, tennis courts, basketball hoop, bbq, to just walking the grounds. The bedrooms/bathrooms were all beautiful and so spacious and the beds were wonderful (very comfy). The casita was also very nice and worked out well for my son/wife & baby. Everything you need (plus some) is right there so no need to bring alot of stuff fomr home. The salt water pool was really nice. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space and spend time together as a family. My favorite thing was the rocking chairs on the porch with such a beautiful view - very peaceful & tranquil. I rocked my grand-daughter to sleep out there for her daily nap. We also had a visit (or two) from the neighbors dog "Dusty" who was quite a personable old black lab - the kids loved him. I also want to say how wonderful the owners are - so personable and always helpful if we had a problem or question with anything. That is always a big plus to me when renting someones home.
