We had a great stay at the villa. Property was very well-kept and clean. It's always helpful to be able to travel with your dogs, so we greatly appreciated that this villa allows them.

The condo was very nice but not an easy walk to the beach. The back yard is right on the 17th hole of a golf course, nice but no one is allowed to walk along the golf path during play, just a little inconvenient when you need to take your energetic dog out for some exercise, (this is a pet friendly condo). You can walk on the path early morning before the golfers get out or just after sunset. The beach area is about a 1 mile walk/drive from the condo.

The pictures do not do this villa justice. It was amazing, clean, dog friendly. Loved all of the windows, with all of the trees it felt like a tree house. The sunroom is amazing for doing yoga, reading, watching the wildlife. I can’t say enough positive things about this villa. You will not be disappointed.

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to work and vacation for our 2 wk stay. The property had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Good wifi. The sunroom was our favorite part of the villa. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved how open and comfortable this home was for us. The sun room was our favorite place to sit most of the time we were there as it was just so cozy and good views to the golf course. The place is very clean and we especially loved the covers on the sofas to help keep them clean and hair free for future guests. There was great wifi and a nice big TV in the main area that is a smart TV so easy to log into your TV apps. The negatives were we had asked if there was a Keurig and were told the only coffee maker was a pot brewer which was not accurate. There are 2 choices Keurig and regular brew type. I asked if the TV was a smart TV and nobody got back to me. YES it's a smart TV. We wished that they had provided like most VRBO's a few little conveniences like aluminum foil, Saran Wrap and some condiments but there was NOTHING we even had to use the wrong filters(provided) for the coffee brewer. Needs Cone style filters. All in all I would absolutely stay here again but do wish they would be more generous with some basics in the kitchen.

Property was fantastic, really enjoyed the trip and the local restaurants. Only thing that wasn't perfect was there was a construction or renovation project near by, so quite a bit of noise and banging involved.

We love to travel with our dogs and it's always a pain. This house is "dog proof" which is a first I've seen. There are mats and big bowls for food and water. The couches are all covered so you don't have to worry about the dogs snuggling up with you.

The island is amazing and my favorite place to spend time with our family. Lots of places to hang out with people or if you want something more private beaches absolutely empty.

We got the amenity card and had access to pools, gym, and restaurants. The gym passed the meathead test!! Rouge bumper plates! I wasn't expecting that.

Excellent experience, quietly located, beautiful enclosed deck that gives a SUPER plus to the house. Nicely furnished. Spotless clean! One of the beat places we have stayed in Seabrook in 17 years of visiting the island! Will be back in the future!! Only caveat: grill was moldy and therefore unusable

The property was exactly as pictured, spacious and clean, well equipped. The views and privacy were great, and the neighborhood as well. The island is peaceful and quiet, which we enjoyed, and the beaches were not crowded while we were there which was nice. A bit of a walk to the beach, and somewhat secluded compared to other places we’ve been, but a wonderful vacation. We would stay here again!

Came to South Carolina for a wedding in Charleston. My family and 2 dogs stayed here for a long weekend and the location was perfect. Since we were here for a family wedding we did not have a lot of time to explore all of the amenities in the community, however we did get down to the beach a few times And explored the area some. The entire community is very beautiful and well kept. The rental unit was very clean. It had everything we needed, comfy beds, and very dog friendly. Because there is a small creek right next to the property, I did not take our dogs in the back yard after dark. We did not see any alligators but I am confident that they probably do come around there occasionally. With that being said, the only other small issue we had was that we like to sleep with it very cool in the house. Anytime we change the thermostat it would only stay I thought temperature for about 30 minutes to an hour, and that it is programmed to jump back up cause. We were a little concerned about this the first night, but to our surprise it stayed very cool in the unit call and we did not have any problems sleeping at all. I cannot comment on any response times or issues with the property managers because we did not have to contact them since we did not have any issues at all. I would definitely recommend this location and would consider returning there again in the future.

Loved the sun and views from the windows in the dining room and sunroom. The villa is neat, clean, and cozy, and spacious all at the same time. The beach is close by and the golf course is in the back yard. Easy to walk and ride bikes. The nearby grocery store is great as well as restaurants in the area with good food. Came home rested and relaxed!
