It rises above the dining and retail district of Town Center, offering great community views and easy access to beach, pools, and community activities. With private entry via a foyer with elevator and stairway from the ground level, the designer space offers four levels of beachside living to enjoy. AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. MAIN LIVING SPACE: An open-concept kitchen, living and dining areas on the third floor are great for entertaining and relaxing. Sink into the comfy, beach-blue sofa, placed before a flat-screen TV that’s perfect for watching a weekend sporting event or a movie. Bed Type: King, Queen, Queen, 3 Twin Bunks (6 twin beds), 2 Twin Trundle beds STRR#571928 ***NO PETS ALLOWED*** IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED. Dolphin Destiny is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Dolphin Destiny the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

This unit can sleep a ton of people. It has three master type rooms and bunk room with 6 beds and then a vey large loft with another three beds and tons of sleeping room. It is a very nice rental however the couch smelled really bad like someone has urinated all over it. The elevator also broke and trapped our 6 year old son on it for almost 30 minutes. The location is very fun - being near the circle but the construction starts at 7 am and therefore other than Saturday and Sunday morning- we were awoken by hammering and machines as early as 7 am.

Overall we enjoyed the condo. However, there were several issues that were not addressed by Cinnamon Shores when we reported them.1) icemaker did not work2) used condom found on kids bedroom floor3) residence was not ready by specified 4:00 check in time; we were not Allowed to check in until 5:00 which was difficult as we had 5 children With us, & nowhere to go

The townhome itself is lovely and spacious. We enjoyed that each family member and friend had privacy when desired. We loved the huge big screen TVs in every room when we weren't enjoying the balconies overlooking Town Center! The location is near the front of the property with easy access to the 2 restaurants and community activities. It is an easy walk to the beach and pools! We did not need a golf cart, we enjoyed walking!
What I did not like is that the townhouse literally sits on top of the strip where the pizza restaurant, bakery, and market are located. It got noisy early in the morning with the golf carts and activity of the restaurant preparations and people coming to get coffee and other things first thing. Not much of an option to sleep late while on vacation.

To be fair, this was one of the last properties available when we determined we would be able to make our annual vacay to Cinnamon Shore. It was very expensive in comparison to all of our previous rentals. We had issues with the air conditioner the entire stay, and had three or four CS maintenance techs look at it, and finally an AC Repair person came the day before our departure. The plumbing was backed up in all of the showers due to the drain line in the air conditioner being clogged. The freezer portion was frozen shut in the fridge appliance. The fan in the 4th room loft did not work. The white couches in the living room were very worn and stained. I will say that the beds in the suites were amazing. I was aware the location was not optimal, but the entrance to the town house is located by the back entrances of the restaurants/businesses, and it always smelled rancid. Well, that's not entirely true because one day it smelled like fresh bread baking, but the rest of the time, it had that grease-trap smell, and there was a lot of traffic from workers walking back and forth with supplies. The parking was terrible because of CS carts and employees for the restaurants parking.As far as the rest of the CS facilities go, everything was very nice. The pool was lovely. The only issue we had at the pool was a young boy that kept peeing everywhere (with his mother's assistance, no less). We alerted the staff to let them know that he was peeing on the sidewalk, by the trash can, and by the shrubs, and he even pooped in the lake on the lower level of the infinity pool. The staff said they couldn't do anything about it unless they actually saw it. I guess that's understandable, but beyond gross. One of the times he peed was literally one foot from my lounge chair.I hate to write bad reviews. I usually don't if I don't have anything nice to say. This is the first stay that hasn't been just the ideal vacation. I was actually ready to come home.

Cinnamon Shore was pretty darn cool. The only issue I has was with the unit itself. I feel I was rented a unit that was not ready for rental. Ceiling fan is main living was missing and I guess they had to turn off electricity to it which then in return left no electricity/lighting in the living room. It just so happened to be a rainy weekend and we all were playing board games and such in the living with minimum lights. I did report to office. They couldnt figure out and brought us 2 lamps. We had to take the shades off to get as much light as we could. It is a very big living room for 2 lamps to light. We made the best of it. Honestly for what we paid - we should not have had this issue at all.
