About this condo rental
These units were newly built in May of 2021. The apartments have all the comforts of home, just two blocks away from historic Roosevelt Arch! All units have an open floor plan, with two bedrooms and one bath. Each bedroom has a queen bed, small dresser, and two bedside tables. Every unit is equipped with it's own washer and dryer. In the living room there is a queen size sleeper sofa available if needed. WIFI is included, in addition to a Smart TV so you can login to your streaming accounts(Netflix, Hulu, etc) for entertainment on those rainy, lazy days! *Streaming is available, but there is no satellite offered*. Conveniently located in the heart of Gardiner, you will be close to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants our little town has to offer. Arch park is less then a 3 minute walk away, where you'd be very likely to run into the neighborhood elk that frequent there. Yellowstone Retreat Rentals are a great place to enjoy a fantastic vacation at Yellowstone National Park! Unit 4 is in the "Gray Building". When looking at the building, it's the top floor unit on the right with one flight of stairs. Owners are Gardiner locals who would be happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have during your stay.

We loved everything about this place. Clean rooms, provided everything needed (including enough towels), great heating in rooms with each room having its own thermostat, no issues during stay, within walking distance to Gardiner restaurants and shops, right outside the North gates to Yellowstone, parking right outside unit. The unit was located on the second floor, with stairs to get to it. We had no issues carrying our luggage to the unit. Easy check in and check out. I would recommend this place to my closest friends and family.

Rental was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. Owners were fast in responding to questions. Conveniently located to Yellowstone, some cute shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Jaymee and Jarrett are excellent, communicative and responsive hosts. This property was clean, well provisioned, and located within walking distance to the North western entrance to Yellowstone. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic location and very clean! Shops and dining are within walking distance and conveniently located minutes from the Northern Yellowstone entrance! We especially enjoyed the wildlife walking around the town!

My family stayed here in late June 2023. This apartment/condo was very nice and clean. Easy access to the town, and very close to the northern entrance to Yellowstone. The beds were fine. They are soft but very supportive. I usually sleep on a firm mattress but did not have any problem sleeping on the beds. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay there again.

This was perfect for our family of 5 adults. You can walk to the entrance arch of Yellowstone or to restaurants nearby.
The property is clean and bright and the owners were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location to explore Yellowstone. We loved the ability to cook dinner each night and the interior is immaculate and very comfortable. We even had nightly visitors a mama deer and baby. Our hosts had great communication and responded quickly to any questions we had. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

The apartment was nice and clean and very comfortable for our family of four, with friendly and responsive property managers. There was a washer and dryer with laundry pods, amd even bear spray to borrow! Walking distance to everything in Gardiner (including an excellent restaurant called Wonderland, and some not so good ones too). So close to the park entrance! Bedrooms were a little warm, though they had fans for those rooms that helped. Would definitely stay here again!

This apartment/condo was everything it promised!! New, clean, everything works, and we could walk to everything we wanted to in Gardiner. It got a thumbs up from us as soon as we saw the “please remove shoes” sign near the entry. We loved staying here and loved staying in Gardiner. One of our fond memories is staying here and getting a taste of the local flavor rather than only staying in the park—a great decision. If visiting northern Yellowstone again, I would hope to be able to stay in one of Jayme’s condos again. Thanks Jayme!!

Unit is very clean and new. Owners easy to contact and accommodating. Allowed us to check in early when we arrived and hour or so before check in. Neighborhood was the only thing we didn’t like about the place.

I had contacted the property manager for a question and she was very accommodating. I love the location of this property - literally a minute from the Yellowstone north gate. What drew me to this listing was it's modern feel and the kitchen. We've been to north Yellowstone in the winter before and knew food was limited. We brought our food with us to cook breakfasts and dinners. This worked out perfectly.

Absolutely everything you need for your stay in this clean, up to date condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and management’s kindness and attention was extremely appreciated during an unpredictable weather event. They went over and above to ensure our needs were met. Highly recommend staying here and we will definely stay here again!

Excellent location- few min drive to the north entrance of Yellowstone Natl Park. Walking distance to the Roosevelt Arch and the small town of Gardiner. There are shops and restaurants (we tried the Cowboy Grill with very good burgers!), again, are walking distance away. The place is very clean & organized; the beds are comfy and the unit is well insulated that most of the time we didnt have to turn on the heater (each room has a heater control). There is also a grocery close by. We drove 30 mins to Chico Hot Springs bec the Yellowstone Hot springs was closed.
We enjoyed our stay on this property- very cozy and relaxing!

This was a great place for our two older sons, my husband and I to stay while seeing beautiful Yellowstone National Park! Lovely, spacious new apartment, easy to find, great communication with owners. It had everything we needed and so close to north entrance of the park.

When we stepped in, my kids were amazed by how big it was and I was so personally wowed by how nice and new everything was. Like others said, it was also a really really great location. We actually didn't eat out but did make great use of the kitchen since it had everything we needed. The washer/dryer in unit was sooo nice. For the first night or two, we felt like we were the only ones there but we realized as other groups came in that the soundproofing was maybe not so good so I was nervous about my loud kids for the people under us. The owners were very responsive when I asked questions and great to work with. This was the nicest place we stayed at in our 10 night trip to the area. Nothing else has compared to it in West Yellowstone/Jackson. I
