PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION**** Enjoy this One bedroom, One bathroom condo with children's bunkbeds and a queen bed for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Recently updated furniture and decor!! Updated floors, bathroom vanity and fresh paint throughout with BRAND NEW Heating and AC unit installed January 2024 to make any time of year an enjoyable experience. Enjoy beautiful views from recently rebuilt BRAND NEW third floor balcony, and every so often Dolphins will be swimming by as you spend your mornings with some coffee/tea and the sunrise. Trust me.. This is where you want to stay! ***This condo is located in Building 4, Unit 333*** This unit is on third floor. There is no elevator at our facility. A very reliable and affordable service called the Bellhop Boys is available for hire to help you bring your items in for check-in and check out. Please research this service if you are interested in hiring them! You will receive your keyless entry code and instructions 48 hours before your check-in date! This condo offers a full kitchen newer appliances, Smart TV, cable, Wi-Fi, Tennis & Basketball courts, designated grilling areas and an onsite laundry facilities. Laundry rooms are located between Buildings 1/2 and 7/8. For your convenience, the washing machines are credit/debit card operated! ***Please refer to informational binder and framed note located on/near dinette set for WiFi password and other helpful information during your stay. Take a short walk across the street and enjoy a nice cocktail at the North Topsail Beach Tiki Bar which also offers live music from Thursday - Saturday. Seaview pier is 3 miles away, shopping and restaurants within 10 minutes away. 30 minutes from Wilmington International Airport. Easy Self check in and electronic lock that will provide you your own code for your stay. Check-in any time after 4:00PM on arrival date; check-out by 11:00AM on departure date. NO SMOKING on premises or balcony and NO PETS, PLEASE. Evidence of ANY kind of smoke within the property will result in an additional $150.00 deodorizing fee to be paid by guest. Professionally cleaned in between each stay. ****RENTERS WILL HAVE TO PROVIDE ALL OF THEIR OWN BLANKETS, LINENS AND TOWELS.**** A local service called "Sweet Dreams Linens" is available to supply all your linen, towel, and beach rental needs (such as beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.) http://www.sweetdreamslinen.com/site/owners (910) 328-5312 If you would prefer that this service is provided for you during your stay, please search and contact this business directly prior to your stay to arrange whatever amenities you would like! A $25 additional fee will be charged for anyone that refrains from returning parking pass upon checkout. **A recent beach replenishment project was just completed which provided the area in front of Topsail Reef with PLENTY of beach to enjoy, even during high tide! ***PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON THE SANDBAGS OR ON THE DUNES/BEACH AREA BEHIND THE SANDBAGS. These areas are protected and off limits for guests to access. Failure to comply may result in a town-issued fine. **Guests are responsible for removing all personally-accumulated trash, and for washing all dishes that have been used, prior to checking out Please be sure to thoroughly wash any dishes, casserole dishes, pots and pans, and the air fryer after usage.. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for any trash/dishes left upon check out. **Please leave bedroom Della unit on AC mode during your stay and before checking out to assure that the unit remains dehumidified and comfortable. Please keep the front door and sliding glass balcony door closed as much as possible. This will assure that the condo stays at a cool, comfortable temperature, especially during the warm summer months. **This property is located directly on the beach. Due to being so close to the ocean, water bugs may occasionally be spotted, especially during the warmer months. Our unit is professionally sprayed bi-monthly, and spot treated in between stays. We can assure you that we do everything possible to prevent these insects from entering our property, and appreciate your understanding if an occasional critter makes an appearance! We had a very relaxing weekend getaway. Had everything we needed, and the view was AMAZING. Great communication with the owner, easy check in, and we will be booking this gem again in the future.

First time staying on Topsail island and we were hooked! Loved the view of the ocean and sitting on the balcony. Condo was very nice. Lisa was very helpful, checked in throughout our stay and responded promptly with any questions.

This property is very comfortable and well decorated. I stayed for a week. Plenty of space on the beach to enjoy yourself without interference from other people. Would book again!

Nice property right on the beach. Unfortunately, it rained while we were there, but it was still a relaxing time. The beach was quiet and an easy drive to surrounding communities. The Navy in conjunction with the Marines was conducting live-fire exercises off the coast so it brought back memories of my time in the military. Very close to Camp Lejeune if you have access to the base and authorized amenities. Recommend this location for sure. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Property manager was extremely disrespectful, arrogant and charged hidden fees. This was the worst experience and will never stay at that location.

This was a very delightful condo, the only to stay closer to the ocean is to be on a ship. We truly enjoyed out short stay, and we will be returning to this location. The owner is great and reached out to us to make sure we were not in need of anything during our stay. Thank you again.

Had a few bumps upon check-in. Had to contact the owner and she was very helpful and very quick to get things straightened out. Once in the condo, it was so much better than expected!! The only complaint I would have is that the bedding needed washed. Other than that, it was amazing!

We enjoyed this property and area. It was what we needed. Condo is nicely stocked. At high tide the water is RIGHT there. But got plenty of beach time at low tide.

Cute place, clean, well equipped, nice location in good area.
Down side the master bedroom mattress is very firm, making it uncomfortable and impossible for us to rest .

Relaxing getaway
The property was just as described. It was the perfect size for my wife and me. The initial view of the beach (we arrived at high tide) was a little intimidating, but spectacular. The beach itself was not "shelly" but mostly soft sand. It did take a little planning on when the beach was usable. (due to the tides) I might suggest a copy of the local topsail magazine be left in the room for the tide schedule. We never had less than six hours on the beach on any day. The room and view were just as described. The new renovations in the kitchen were very nice and everything was clean. (floors the only exception). We REALLY enjoyed our stay!
The only negative critique we had was the floor. It was clean to the naked eye, but left our feet black. A simple wet Swiffer in between guests should do the trick.

Best vacation ever :)
The description given was entirely accurate, which meant alot to us, as this was our first time in a vacation rental. The location is literally on the beach and the view could not have been better. Our group was two adults and a ten year old child. Though the accommodations are on the smaller side, we all had plenty of space, everything was clean, and we were all very comfortable. We spent most days out swimming in the beautiful water. We can't wait to go back. We were looking to book here again before we even arrived home!

Beachfront Perfection
My husband and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend/week to celebrate our anniversary and then work remotely from the beach. These apartments are as close to the beach as you can get which was perfect for us as we spent a lot of time on the balcony soaking it in even when we couldn’t make it down to the water. The unit was clean and cute and fit our needs perfectly for just the 2 of us. The hosts are also the kindest and most helpful, checking on us midway through our stay. It was truly perfect and we wish we were still there!

Right on the water!
Loved that the place was right on the water and walking right out to the beach for our long walk was so easy. We however we only stayed one night out of 5. Upon entering there was a strong disinfectant smell,so we opened the slider to let the ocean breeze in, but at night we closed it and just had the air conditioning running, but we got freaked out because the vents on the air conditioner had black spots inside and when I wiped it with a paper towel it was all black. We were on the fence about leaving, but in the morning found an almost dead roach, and that was it. I will say that the owners were nice and about half our money was returned. We ended up going somewhere else. We were so excited to be right on the beach, but this block of units are getting hammered in the winter it seems, as there were many balconies missing or in need of repair or replaced. I think the owners are trying really hard to keep up with all the repairs.

Great owner but this building does not feel safe
The owner was great to work with and super responsive but this building is incredibly close to the water with huge sandbags along the entire waterfront and sides of the building and several of the decks are missing entirely I would guess because of water damage. During high tide, several of the steps to the beach were underwater (I believe I counted 4 or 5) so there really is no true beach access from this condominium complex. I am honestly shocked this building has not been condemned.

Weekend getaway
We loved our stay at this condo so much. Such cute style and breathtaking views. Very smart layout especially the bunks! Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom made for an extra touch of hospitality from the owners. They are such nice people and very easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back again!

Amazing location and great property manager
I rented the place for my daughter and her boyfriend (he’s stationed at camp Lejeune Marine corps base and she’s a junior at UNLV). They absolutely loved it!! Got to see a few dolphins, catch up on some reading, and peace and quiet coming off a very busy holiday. Both returned back to their long distance lives relaxed and anxious to go there again in the spring!!! Property owners very understanding and accommodating to their unique situation due to the minimum age requirements of tenants. All questions were answered promptly and they even checked in via messenger to see if they needed anything. Highly recommend!!! Great price especially for young couples on a budget.

The places was clean, organized, and notes in a binder had very useful information about the place and area. The view was great from the balcony.

When I got to the address which was 2224. Didn't know anything else. Called the owner. He gave me information that I needed. He was excellent. Went in the condo it was beautiful!! Water front was beautiful and calming. I loved my stay and really want to rent it again.

Amazing property

This condo is perfect. Lisa and Matthew were very helpful and responsive before and during my stay. Everything was very clean and the two separate air conditioners worked great to keep the condo cool.
My favorite thing was to wake up, make coffee and sit out on the 3rd floor balcony listening and watching the rolling waves. Such a peaceful way to start the day! The balcony has a about a four to five inch shelf all the way around for your coffee cup or prop your feet up while taking in the wonderful sights, sounds and smells of the ocean. The chairs are high so you can see the ocean and beach from your seat and there is a table as well.
The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates and utensils if you chose to cook a meal or two. And you can see out to the balcony to the ocean from the kitchen, living/dining room. You can really tell that Lisa and Matthew have put a lot of thought into this condo.
The bedroom is cozy with a comfy bed along with one of the air conditioners so you can control your sleeping temperature. There is a heat lamp in the bathroom if needed
Parking was easy and close to the condo which was very handy.
I would highly recommend staying here or any place managed by Matthew and Lisa! I will definitely look them up next time visiting North Topsail Island!
