Ok for short visit

Location is in the center of downtown

The hotel location is in a very busy area where privacy was limited. We made the reservation for to separate beds when we had the apartment, it was a double bed. When we called the receptionist they just came and split the bed into tow small single beds where it was hard to sleep on.

La cercanía y limpieza impecable de la habitación. Las personas del hotel muy amables y serviciales.

No tengo nada de queja, quizá lo más cercano a ello es que la iluminación de la habitación es un poco tenue pero es de gusto.

Perfect stay

This hotel is in the perfect location in the middle of everything. Very easy to walk to the train station also. Perfect location.

On a Saturday night, it can get a little bit noisy outside, but this is to be expected with such centrally based hotel

Not as described and horribly hot!

The location is excellent and the room size is good. Staff were friendly.

Firstly, the description of the rooms on booking.com does not match the rooms on offer. I booked two rooms that stated they had two double beds in each room. As a group of friends this was important. I arrived and they don't have any rooms like this. We had one twin room (after we requested this). The sink was cracked in the room I stayed in and the tiles were broken near the bath. The rooms were insanely hot. It was completely unbearable and the air con is only available at certain times of the year. We literally had the worst sleep as a result of this. The next day we explained the situation and were provided with fans. It was still unbearable and the second night was equally as horrendous. We barely slept for the two days we stayed at this hotel and it spoilt our trip because we were so tired. I complained again as we left and expected some sort of compensation but nothing was offered. I'm frustrated because we actually cancelled a booking at a different hotel because of the description of the bed set up at this hotel. Very disappointing!

Très bien mais attention à l’isolation dans la nuit

Les personnelles sont super sympa et quand on voudrais le sauna, ils s’occupent très rapidement et gentiment

Au niveau d’isolation est terrible. On entend tout ce que les voisins parlent et sa télé. Au pire, à cause d’Il y a des pab, night-club auprès de l’hôtel, des gens rigolent et crient dans la rue jusqu’à vers 3h du matin. Je n’arrivais pas à dormir même j’étais tellement fatiguée

Enjoyed it very much.

The location is right in the center with many coffee shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel had a sauna in the basement. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great Location

Location and price rooms were large close proximity to historical buildings and sites

Bathroom was large but a cracked sink and large cracks in the glass walls were not nice, it was clean but little things like this make you wonder who has been in that room. Pillows need throwing out as ancient just junks of foam stuffed in a pillow case and sewn up :(

A perfect location to see Bratislava

Location was great - a short walk from all the major attractions

Our room only had a bath and as my wife has limited mobility she couldn’t get into the bath. We were unaware at booking that we should have requested a room with a shower.

Fantastic location in the heart of the Old Town, with everything on its doorstep. Room was huge and beautifully furnished. Kitchenette was a good size and well equipped. Lovely historical building, renovated with a luxury feel.

Just one small point - the bed was set into eaves and I managed to hit my end on them while working my way round the bed. Wouldn't stop me returning though.

Nice place in the very heart of Bratislava

The location is in the very center of the city! You can't stay closer to the historical center than that! The interior breathes the time of the historical past, so it looks special!

Staying in the historical center can have some side effects - the noise from the restaurants might cause some trouble, cause they work really late, but after walking the whole day in beautiful Bratislava, falling asleep does not seem to be the problem ;) The lack of brackfast option. But there are a lot of wonderful cafes nearby ;)

Very central yet not too noisy

Very central and although there was no onsite eating or drinking facilities there were a lot near by. Large rooms and clean.

Hadn’t realised that the road was cobbled- slightly difficult to walk from the drop off point to the hotel with a case and walking stick.

- stay is in the main square. - it’s not room it’s 1 bedroom apartment with living room kitchen. - friendly staff

Great locations with a lot of improvements

The location is great. Just in the city centre.

We booked an apartment and the first photo that you see in booking.com is a kitchen; well, it hasn’t a kitchen at all and we booked this hotel for this reason mainly, there were better options in the same location without a kitchen. The room has 2 beds put together, instead of a king size bed which is a bit annoying (apparently all the rooms are the same). No lights in the ceiling, you have to be turning off every single lamp in the room because if you use the light switch then you turn the whole light from the room, we didn’t know that and we had to wait in the next morning to charge our phones.
