I would like to look for another hotel next time.

The room was big and the bed comfortable. The AC and other equipment in the room was also fine and maintained. The staff was courteous. Tea coffe and fridge was available. entertainment had several channels but some were not subscribed.

The wash room however had a constant stink. The breakfast was exceptionally poor very limited options the main course was dosa, and chutney and boiled eggs. The space for breakfast was very cramped and all people were rushing to have breakfast but very small space. Also staff support at breakfast was too limited. The timing was ridiculous from 8 to 9:30am.

Poor quality hotel & definitely not worth the price.

Helpful attitude of staff.

Very dirty & stained bed sheets, towel etc. Called room service for food - most of the items on menu not available. Breakfast poorly organised. Not enough room for all the guests present. Many had to eat whilst standing. Dirty tables. Very basic options in terms of food available. Breakfast hours very limited.

Great hotel away from the beach

We booked this hotel almost at the last minute as we wanted a 1 night halt at Puri to enjoy the beach and the temple (from outside). I was pleasantly surprised at the facilities, the size of the room and the amenities. All top class well beyond what you would expect. The staff were also polite and helpful and took care of our needs. I am a frequent traveller and can confidently say that if they keep up the service and facilities, it can become a top hotel in Puri. The breakfast is limited but good. There is parking in the basement. Not much more you can ask for at this price.

Their manager mr Susheel was highly accomodative and courteous. Overall an excellent experience when you on pilgrimage

The location is perfect and the staff are kind.

The room was clumsy and certainly not value for money. For the amount we paid it was not tidy enough.

Good Location, Good Staff, Slow Food Service

Decide why are you visiting puri? If you want to visit temples first go for this hotel. Most of the temples are nearby but if your first preference is beach then look other hotels. The hotel staff is good. Location is good. Hygienic place. Rooms are spacious. + tip : For the places to visit in BBSR, donot travel from puri to there, bcoz transportation cost is heavy rather cover puri and then leave to choose hotel in BBSR

Their food service is little slow. The best is try local odisha food from outside.

Great Value for money.

clean room, good and helpful staff.

Restaurant Manager was the boy disconnect in the entire trip. he would reduce the quantity of tea, will raise eyebrows if we asked to take the breakfast to the room etc

Location....centrally located...very near to the temple

Hotel was in second floor Entry to the hotel was through a narrow lane... Though the hotel boys helped, it was difficult to organise carrying the luggage

Good response from the staff. Rooms r bigger. Location was really nice.
