Looking for a cush place in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the action in DFW? This is it! Relax in the Hot Tub, by the Fire Pit, or hang out in the Hammock or on the Inversion table! This house was put together with you in mind! You can feel safe here because we keep this house sanitized beyond the standard. Each bedroom has a luxury king bed with bamboo sheets and Roku TV. Pamper yourself in a fluffy white robe and enjoy delicious wine and coffee as you Wake Up in Texas! But first, the Wine... We welcome you with our favorite full bodied old vine zinfandel from Lodi, Cali (famous for their old vine zin) AND since we're on subject of the finer things in life... Have you ever felt the buttery softness of breathable bamboo sheets?!? We've got you covered! All three of your king beds and both pull out queens are blanketed for blissful rest with a cushy, supportive mattress and plenty of pillows. Sooooooo many fun amenities at this house! Relax by the fire place. Yoga on the sun deck. Tinker on the ole piano. Hustle like a boss at the business desk. Play some vintage vinyl records. Ping Pong tourney, anyone? Beat my high score on Pac-Man! Throw some darts in the (ugly) garage aka "Man Cave". Decompress on the inversion table. Every detail in place to ensure you have the best experience possible. But the best part is the beautiful backyard! Hot Tub+ Fire Pit+Grill+Patio+Swing+Hammock =OMGreatness!!! NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10PM. Please obey the parking guide included in the rental agreement. A ring doorbell camera is in use as well as cameras at each entrance and cover the front and back yards as well. We are in communication with the neighbors and they will report any disruptive behavior to us immediately. Such behavior may result in your group being removed from the property without refund.

This house is every bit as good as it is advertised to be. It is ideally located for activities in and around the Plano and Dallas area. Many additional amenities and thoughtful touches contribute to a homey, comfortable atmosphere. Plenty of space and the kitchen was surprisingly well appointed. The back yard and hot tub were great bonuses.

Honestly this place has a fun atmosphere with a ton of space to hang out! And a lot of extras for guests like games, blankets, coffee and snacks. But it’s not clean, I found 3 large spots on bed sheets, floors were dirty, front and back yard grass and bushes and were not cut/trimmed. Also, found three live water bugs which one is normal for Texas but three in one night stay is not.

We have stayed on the property before in the past and every time we have stayed, We always get a warm welcome from the host Chase and Colette. This place is so relaxing and have a warm welcoming feeling. The chocolate and wine is very tasteful. We love the games and everything about this home. We will be booking again.

My friend and I hosted a birthday party here and the space was amazing. The ping pong table was a hit and the kitchen/living area was spacious. If the weathers nice the size of the backyard could be utilized, however there’s a hot tub for the colder months!

I booked one night with some friends and family, this home absolutely beautiful with so many amenities! The check in process was easy and the hosts were great I definitely recommend this place to everyone for all ages.

The house was good for our stay - in a nice suburban neighborhood. Super comfy and lots of room. It was fully equipped with everything you’d need, especially if you were staying longer or traveling with kids/family. The hosts are obviously professionals who run a property rental business because they communicated all info, rules, fees, etc very clearly.

We had a great time staying at this property. We enjoyed the amenities and closeness to places like downtown McKinney. Everything was clean and the hot tub was awesome. Highly recommend.

Excellent place!!!
This spot was perfect!! Linens were top notch! Totally stocked kitchen! Ping Pong and Pac Man provided tons of entertainment and the kitchen is perfect for hanging out and cooking! We loved our stay!!

Just a few cosmetic issues with the property which were brought to the property managers attention, just because I didn't want my group to get the blame. Don't get me wrong very minor, I'm just picky! The property manager replied to my messages within minutes and was very apologetic. All in all for the location and price I would definitely stay there again!

This was an awesome home! I purchased this property for the weekend for my husband's birthday for a small gathering. Everyone truly enjoyed the home. Chase was great! Definitely would consider again.

My family and I spent a week at this pretty house. The beds for all rooms are super comfy, game area was fun for my teen sons. Also, since my sons play the piano it was definitely a plus for them. Awesome for small get together events
I hosted a photoshoot with a couple of friends and everything turned out perfect. The house was in beautiful shape and the whole check in process was the easiest I’ve been apart of. 10/10 would recommend

The setup of the house is great for hosting, the flow of the kitchen and sitting area is great. The long counter is perfect for serving food and centering activity around. The garage with darts has a load of seating, but is hot so we didn't spend a ton of time out there. The game room is a fun bonus and the ping pong table folds up easily and leaves nice open floorspace for the air mattress. It's a very nice air mattress, comfortable! I love that all 3 beds were kings, it makes sharing a beds much more comfortable. The communication from Chase was easy and they had a bottle of wine waiting for us. There were nice touches all through the house. The A/C worked really well. The backyard is lovely, the hot tub nice. It was a little warm for the hot tub for me, but a few of the ladies did utilize it for a while. It was a great experience, I would host here again! They have loads of extra pillows, a couple of really warm, big Sherpa blankets for the pull out couch and air mattress, some board games in the closet.

Great getaway!
Really cool property with lots of games and activities for the whole family! Really enjoyed playing ping pong and darts! Owners were great and our stay was amazing!

Great hang-out spot.
I stayed with a group of 7 friends including myself, and we thoroughly enjoyed the property. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed the many activities available, whether playing ping pong, relaxing in the hot tub, or hanging out in the garage throwing darts. The check-in/out was also very smooth and the house was very clean. It was a perfect setup for our trip and we will definitely stay again if able.
