All was very good and the buffet was really good for the breakfast

Large room. The swimming pool was cold, however the sauna was nice and hot.
The staff had never heard of service with a smile. They complained about the noise from our two kids before we had even checked in. Following that we saw the same woman complain about 2 other families who we saw were very well behaved. One complaint we saw to another family was about a sweet wrapper! We were asked if we wanted bath shoes by reception and only were told we had to pay for them.when checking out. Lastly the restaurant was closed the whole time we were there.

we got a very nice family room with 5 beds and a baby crib upon request. The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms are cozy and clean. It is very close to autobahn 7 for those travelling through Europe. Breakfast costs 10€ per person from 7 years old and it was a decent breakfast with a good variety of hot and cold breakfast food.
The staff didnt seem super serviceminded and are not very visible when sitting at the breakfast.

Was perfect. Plenty of choices.
The shower would not shut off when running bath water. I did not see a valve. Maybe I am just not familiar with the German faucets.

The room was large and clean, the wellness facilities were lovely, and the beds comfortable.
The decor was dated and mediocre, the breakfast boring and the staff unexceptional.
