It’s proximity to the city was excellent and the apartment was well appointed and comfortable.

Location to the CBD is great

The property has aged and is poorly maintained and wasn’t properly cleaned. The Venetian blinds that had mould on and didn’t close through to the lack of dishwashing detergent everything said tired. We washed the cups before we used them. The kettle didn’t turn off and the taps kept turning on over the kitchen sink but little water came out but the actual taps fell off. Spare pillows in the wardrobe did not have pillow slips. Probably built end of last century when they last spent money on it.
