Located in Fort Collins, this attractive condo for R 2,210 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. A surveillance device (camera) is located on the patio of the apartment for security of the guests and owner. No surveillance devices are located inside the apartment. This is a 1200 sq. ft. fully private ground floor and carpeted garden level apartment with its own private entrance and patio, located in a semi-rural neighborhood five minutes by car from downtown Fort Collins. The owner resides in a carpeted second floor living space above the apartment. The rental space includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room-dining area, and a full kitchen. The space: - The master bedroom has a queen bed, two bedside lamps, two dressers, lounge chair, reading lamp, ample closet space, an Insignia 32-inch LED TV screen, luggage racks, clothes drying rack for hand washed items, and a picture window looking out on a large yard with three tall Austrian pine trees. - The second bedroom also has a queen bed, bedside lamp, dresser, ample closet space, floor lamp, luggage rack, and clothes drying rack for hand washed items. - The kitchen has a four-burner range top, a Breville countertop convection oven, microwave, crock pot, Hamilton Beach coffee maker, coffee grinder, and cooking utensils and dishes/utinsels provisioned in an executive rental style. There is a small bar-style breakfast nook in the kitchen as well. -The large living room-dining area includes a four-person dining table/chairs, writing desk and chair, leather love seat, two fabric lounge chairs, coffee table, a Sony 48-inch OLED TV screen, and a Honeywell HPA 300 air purifier which is further supported by a GPS NPBI TM technology installed in the building's heat/air conditioning system. TV service is provided by DISH and includes 120 top channels, Showtime, Starz, DISH movie pack and Netflix. Wifi service is provided by CenturyLink. - Clothes washer and dryer are shared by the tenant and property owner in a separate laundry room accessed via the property owner’s garage - Secure and dedicated free parking for 2-3 vehicles is off street and on the property. Snow removal is performed by the owner. Other amenities include three bikes, a small garden in front of the apartment maintained by the owner, and patio furniture and electric grill (in summer) solely for the tenant’s use. Biking and walking trails nearby. Ask owner for his favorite rides. Maps are available. Three bikes with mirrors and locks are available to explore short rides to a nearby brewery, City Park, and restaurants downtown.

What a great rental - the cleanest place we have ever stayed! The living areas are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen has every appliance and supply you would need. The rooms are big and comfortable and have plenty of space to unpack and set your things up. Loved the drying rack in each room - a feature I never knew I was missing but now want! Really they have thought of everything here. John was a caring and attentive host. During the 2 days of snowfall, the walk was shoveled and cared for. He took extra notice of making sure we were safe. With family just under a mile away, the location was perfect for us. Driving to town and stores is very close but also the location is quiet with beautiful views. We will surely be back!

We were pleasantly surprised to find a very clean and well stocked kitchen including milk, sweet rolls, coffee and tea waiting for us. Super quiet and nicely decorated. Host was great and would love to stay here again.

The apartment was a comfortable, roomy and well-equipped "home base" when we visited our CSU student during a hectic Family/Homecoming Weekend -- campus is nearby but we also appreciated it as a quiet getaway close to trails and the great outdoors. We loved the extra perk of having morning coffee on the patio among the flowers, sunshine and fall foliage. John is a warm and communicative host -- thank you for helping us make new happy memories in Fort Collins!

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was clean, convenient & just as pictured. It had everything we needed. John & his wife were terrific hosts, friendly & responsive. The gardens were beautiful. My husband borrowed a bike to ride downtown. The location was close to everything & in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Ft Collins. Thanks John!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Very roomy inside with a great outdoor area with a view of the mountains. We enjoyed having the grill and bikes. Very accommodating hosts! Loved it all!!

We stayed for three nights after the arrival of a grandson. When we arrived, the hosts were there to greet us. The place was furnished with about everything you might have forgotten at home and then some. The refrigerator was stocked with treats and milk for coffee, and the hosts even had wine available. A very pleasant and easy stay.

Communication with the property’s owner was pleasant and seamless. They are extremely thoughtful and have appointed this apartment with many helpful and thoughtful touches. Beautiful flower beds greeted us with a riot of colors as did the vase of fresh cut flowers from the garden inside. Lights were left on for us as we arrived after dark. The apartment is very spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed, a lovely variety of coffee was provided. We were pleasantly surprised with the milk in the fridge, along with 2 beers, 2 chilled mugs and lovely pastries! The location is wonderful, you feel as if you are in the country but it’s just a quick few minutes trip to CSU or the heart of FOCO. The walking/biking trails nearby were a delight to explore, we took in all the beautiful fall colors and crisp fall morning air. All in all a lovely stay, we will be back!

Extremely roomy place with everything that you may need. The hosts even had breakfast sweet rolls and milk in the refrigerator to make the first morning easy. Every kind of coffee pot with variety of coffees provided. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. It was so pleasant to enjoy the peaceful evenings while surrounded by many gardens of flowers. I would certainly choose this roomy apartment again. Comfy beds and plenty of linens too. Many cooking appliances available. A peaceful place, yet close to Ft Collin's activities. Thanks!

We attended a wedding outside of LaPorte so the location of the rental was convenient. The rental was very roomy and clean , the kitchen had everything you needed. Plenty of parking spaces. The security light outside was a little too sensitive when sitting on the patio at night it comes on with every move.

I've stayed at many VRBOs. All of them completely adequate for my needs. This exceeded them, appointed with high quality towels, linens, dishes, etc. The spacious lower level apartment felt private, with separate access and yet with hosts readily available. John and Lisa were responsive both before and during our stay. Very nicely decorated inside and out. And they left cinnamon rolls and milk! Very thoughtful and appreciated. Would highly recommend for adults traveling to Ft Collins area.

This was one of the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. So many neat little touches. Loved having the ice cream in the refrigerator and coffee cake waiting for us. The flowers outside are absolutely gorgeous. The owners could not do enough for us. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet peaceful getaway. Hopefully we will be back again.
