Perfect size for our party of 12. Great neighborhood and just what we were needing for our vacation. We only had one pop up question upon arrival and it was answered promptly and politely.

The house has potential but our stay was disappointing. We had the space we needed, and the pool was great. The swing set in the yard is rusted and unstable. The bath towels and pillows were sparse and it was disappointing that the beds and pillows did not have mattress pads or covers. The worst thing is that on our first full day, a smell (stench) developed that we could not trace. We thought it was something in the laundry. The flies in the kitchen were also bad. We left a note about the smell and was notified that old garbage had been left in the locked garage. It was an expensive stay for such disappointing conditions.

We had a group of 5 adults and 6 kids and everyone enjoyed the stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and other amenities. Highly recommended!

There was no pool as promised, No gas Grill, just a rusted griddle, several wasp nest, sugar ants and large spiders. duck poop all over the property, toliet in the master bedroom wouldnt flush. Old boat and trash on property, Host was not helpful at all. no trampoline. swing unstable , boat slip unstable. would not recommend. this is my sincere review.

This property is located directly on the lake in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is perfect for two couples or a family that wants a separate space for the kids. There is plenty of parking and a large private outdoor area. We truly enjoyed our time here!

This house is just minutes from everything. It also included everything we needed. For example, cooking utensils, dishes, washer and dryer, etc.. It is also located on a well maintained lot with a lake right behind the property. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely rebook soon:0)

Our family, my daughter's spouse and his parents vacationed at this property. It was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and the pool was great. They have a designated room with a pool table and a designated room with a ping pong table. The location was terrific and the grounds were beautifully maintained. If we ever return to Hot Springs, we will definitely stay here again.

When we walked into the house it looked nice but as we walked thru all the rooms I was very disappointed. First, we had a view of the lake from our bedroom but the windows were so dirty we could barely see it. The property was very dated and not a lot of updates have been made. The back deck is in bad shape. Plus, the listing showed the property had a swing set, trampoline, kayak and basketball outside but there was no trampoline, swingset was all rusted and dangerous, no kayak for lake. There were no lights in the pool or around it or lights leading down to it so we couldn’t use it at night and the hot tub had no switch to heat it up. For the amount of money we were charged I feel I was totally fooled by the listing and never would of paid the amount I paid for this property and feel I should be refunded bc of false advertising. I don’t think it’s right that they list a property with certain amenities that they don’t have. I kept apologizing to my family for everything and felt bad I had picked this property. I definitely will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The property has so much potential. It’s needs updating and a deep cleaning. If there is a cleaning service they should be fired. For $$$ cleaning fee I expect a lot more. Some TLC would go a long way.

Beautiful home with a fantastic pool!!! Connects to lake Hamilton with a dock! Our family had a great time there and would definitely recommend this property to others and we will be back!!!

This is a beautiful property
This is a beautiful property but definitely needed some updates my son-in-law fell through the dock all the decks need replaced and there was no lights in the pool an hour after we were arrived the lawn company came and mowed for three hours ice machine did not work I really don’t think it was worth 1000 a night

Lakehouse with pool and boat slip
Great location on lake, very quiet little cove. Lake Hamilton is beautiful! We enjoyed hours out on our boat. The large yard was great for lots of outside games and activities.
There is no wifi working at this location so do not plan on tv, internet, computer usage etc.

The home is beautiful on outside; however, it needs some deep cleaning and maintenance. (One of eyes on stove out of order, blinds missing on the kitchen window, light bulbs out in game room, curtains dont adequately cover windows for privacy, bath mats and trash cans not provided in all bathrooms, The kitchen had a few pots and 1 pan to cook with. We purchased aluminum pans). The owner was available when we needed them and willing to assist. Overall the home was good for a family to enjoy but could be so much more with some TLC.

Fantastic home away from home
We are a family of 7 and we do a trip every 3 to 4 years all of us. Hot Springs was our destination and this house became our home for 7 wonderful days. We loved the pool, the boat dock, the pool table and ping pong table. Our table had 8 chairs, so we were all able to sit around the table and eat and play games. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The beds slept us well and the kitchen was well supplied. We would like to thank the owners for sharing their home with us.

Very pleased
This home was very accommodating to our needs, and the owner was quickly responsive to any requests. The greatest asset was the pool and boat slip, as well as plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 small children. We would stay here again! However, you should plan to bring personal necessities (such as a blow dryer), and your own pool toys.

The ping pong and pool tables were also a huge hit with my kids. The only negative things about this house were the wifi was terrible, which made it hard to watch movies and search for attractions in the area, not enough towels in the bathrooms and kitchen, and there were wasps around the pool. In fact, two of my boys got stung by the wasps. Overall, it was a great place to stay and would definitely recommend it.

Shelter In A Quiet Haven
Four acres of manicured property surrounded on two sides with groves of trees in a quiet neighborhood, backing up to a cul de sac inlet. A cross the inlet are nice condos and beyond the property are nice homes.
We enjoyed the wildlife this Haven invites, rabbits, ducks and ducklings, geese and their young, herons, birds and Mr. Woodpecker, a doe and her fawn.
The pool was the highlight for the kids with its flowing rock fountain, clean water and I’m not sure why but I didn’t have to deal with chlorine.
Fishing off the dock was fun where they caught blue gill and small mouth bass.
We rented a boat one day from Gregg Orr Marina and enjoyed the lake, fishing and tubing. The employees were great to work with and the boat has a depth finder but beware and ask about the unmarked area in the middle lake that changes without warning to 3-5 feet deep and damaged our rentals propellor. I contacted Entergy the lake management and asked them to mark that area so for tourists sake I hope they will. The eight hour rental was exciting. You can rent for four hours.
We did not visit any hot springs. We visited the sandy beach at Lake Quachita but did not stay because it was tiny 20’ x 10’ and not the kind of beach we expected. The area seemed beautiful for hiking and camping.
The home is as pretty as the pictures and clean, the beds and living room were comfortable. The layout is good for a multi family gathering. With the trampoline, pool, pool table, ping pong table, karaoke, treadmill and grounds you really could have a reunion and not have to go anywhere for fun. The swing set is only for small four year olds and under with supervision. I also supervised the trampoline because there is no net but the kids enjoyed the activity. There is also a long driveway if you want to bring riding toys or bikes for the kids.
There was plenty of toilet paper for nine for five days. There were plenty of towels for showers which we washed when needed, the bed linens were soft and relaxing, we did bring and use paper towels, dish washer pods, trash bags, dish liquid, washing detergent and dryer towels, our own beach towels, and our food.
We cooked daily and there were enough pots and pans and if you want there are dishes and cutlery but we brought paper plates, plastic cutlery, aluminum pans for casserole and generals cooking. There is a blender but not a food processor so we brought our own. There is a coffee pot and microwave. The propane grill is large and works well. If you plan on using the grill bring your own metal spatula, fork and tongs. There are basic cooking utensils, one of each item and the kitchen is open and roomy for more than one cook at a time. You will need to bring your own mixing and storage bowls. We cooked two meals a day for five days and it was fine. All stoves are different so I adjusted the stove by 50 degrees, ex. For 350 I used 400 or for 425 I used 475. It worked well. The burners worked fine. The bedrooms were roomy, the one with the floor mattresses is in a room that steps up and has sliding doors. The beds are more of a floor platform with thick toppers so made for small children or lightweight young people.
The home is Asian themed and that room reminded me of a prayer room.
I am a Christian and I enjoyed the quiet sitting area among the trees each morning and the back deck.
The owners were quick to answer texts and calls. We did not have any issues we just called to verify or ask about things to do in the area. They were easy to talk to and really willing to please.
What you see in the pictures and read in the description is true. I think you’ll be happy if you rent this home.
Remember take your shoes off before you enter and come in and rest while.
