Oak Hill Inn offers 3 charming rooms each with private entrance and bathroom. The perfect location with a short 5 min. walk to the heart of down town. Our Inn boasts rustic charm with modern comforts like our beautiful hand tiled pool (seasonal)!! We're family owned and operated for over 30 year and take pride in making our guests feel welcome! We offer 3 charming private rooms available for rent at Oak Hill Inn. This listing is for our patio room #2. Which includes a queen bed, private bathroom, private entrance, dining area in room, side patio bistro table, flat screen TV with cable, kitchenette, dining ware, Keurig , and mini refrigerator. The perfect accommodations for 2 adults. Our carriage house rooms #1 & #2 are located in a building adjacent to the main house up the stairs from Coleman Circle. If your looking to enjoy the rest of Julian you are just steps away to the heart of down town. Wonderful restaurants, shopping, wineries, apple pie, breweries, gold mine tours, etc. Or take an afternoon and enjoy a short drive to explore Lake Cuyamaca, Volcan Mountain, the Nature Center in Santa Ysabel or tour the Wolf Center. The grounds are beautiful and located within five minutes walking distance to downtown Julian (0.3 miles). Parking is located on Coleman Circle next to the stairs that lead up to the Inn. Mike & Laura will be glad to assist you with your luggage if you need help up the stair and/or any other special accommodations. Please note we do have a lot of stairs. Call or message us ahead of time with any concerns so we can be plan ahead and make your stay as comfortable as possible. ***For the safety and comfort of all our guest there is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in our rooms OR on the property. ***We do not accommodate children under 12yrs. do to the small rooms, unsupervised pool and quiet setting. ***Do to sever allergic reaction to any future guest no pets, service animals or emotional support animals are allowed in our guest rooms. We apologize for any inconvenience but our rooms are carpeted and we keep the health and safety of all our guest a top priority.

I needed a couple of days away but close to San Diego, and this property spoke to me on vrbo. So, I stayed there and really felt refreshed upon my departure. Owners were prompt and attentive when needed but unintrusive. I loved the view and how close and easy it was to walk to the heart of Julian, while still feeling surrounded by nature and quiet.

Such a perfect stay at the Oak Hill Inn. It was amazingly clean and perfect size!! With only a few minutes walk away from all the shops and restaurants we will definitely be returning next time we are in Julian :)

Directions and instructions were as easy a Julian apple pie. The room we stayed is was clean and charming with thoughtful touches. The pool are is absolutely magical and relaxing. Laura, her husband, Sally and Lucky (the cats) were amazing hosts! Definitely a gem and look forward to returning.

This worked out extremely well. The Oak Hill Inn was wonderful. Very clean, comfortable and walking distance to town. We did not swim in the pool, but we did relax around the pool which was fantastic.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Oak Hill Inn, unit 2. Place was great. They offer a cool Tavern room on the property to grab some snacks and drinks while you unwind. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants on Main St, Julian. Lots of places to visit in and outside of town. The owner offered great suggestions to visit and eat. We enjoyed our trip and would like to thank the owners for the nice accommodations.

This is a unique property. Walking distance to town or a quick drive. Each room is unique. I really enjoyed my stay. My room was private, yet the owners were available and responsive if needed. I have no complaints. I would recommend to friends.

They've made improvements to the property over the last year that made a small but decisive impact on our stay. The pool was in beautiful condition, the tavern was hands down the most convenient thing I did not expect, and the room had everything I didn't know I forgot. We'll definitely be back and feel inspired to get back sooner because we had such a lovely time.

Check in procedure was easy, we were texted a code to enter the room. The bed was huge and nice soft and the room clean. There was a pool. The owners were nice. The location was good. We enjoyed it a lot. For us it was a little pricey but it was a high quality stay

Our room was done with vintage furniture- perfect for Julian. The door had a code which was nice so we didn’t have to worry about keys. We were notified that our room was ready ahead of check-in time which we appreciated. The room had everything we needed and we could walk to downtown Julian in just a few minutes.

The locations is within walking distance of main street Julian. Mike and Laura are warm and welcoming hosts. We loved our time and will go back!
