Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Big window for a lot of light, good water pressure in bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very kind and always brought breakfast to my room when requested. There was even hot water pot and tea in the room. I spent 3 comfortable days there after trekking. The girl at reception helped me call the taxi when I left for the airport.

There wasn’t laundry service but it is fine, there is a place right around the corner for a good price. I saw reviews saying the doorman was surly, he checked me in, sure he doesn’t smile much but he is fine and does the job! The location isn’t too close to many attractions but there’s small shops and restaurants within walking distance.

location is calm and quiet, away from traffic noises.

Parking for my car was little problem as there are many cars from the owner which is always parked there.

Very friendly staff. No surprises. Everything delivered as promised. Fantastic quiet location.

The guard who was also the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional

The room was new and modern. Bed is comfortable, good quality mattress and pillows Good location Good value for money. Earlier I stayed at Himalaya and Kutumba in the same neighborhood but this one saves your money without compromising the comfort.

Since they don't have staff at the reception all the time like in hotels, guests would benefit from some sort of a briefing one pager -- info on wifi, drinking water, housekeeping, etc. I felt that I didn't have much info other than the keys. Just like other guests already mentioned in their reviews, this place has an office on the ground floor during the day time and we have to pass through the office to go to the stairs which may at times feel uncomfortable.. I would suggest - if possible - add an alternative entrance to upper floors.

Behaviour, cleanliness and security.

I had enjoyed at lot with nice fascilitiy like cleanliness, behaviour of staff, and security point of view. I wish to come over here next time again.
