This gorgeous home is perfect for those craving more privacy as it is nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with other beautiful homes. It's perfectly located; 5 minute drive (or 15 min walk) to downtown Ketchum where you can shop, grab groceries or dine in one of the many fine restaurants. We are close enough for a leisurely stroll to Warm Springs Creek, and are in between Warm Springs Lodge and River Run Lodge. In the winter, it's a 5 min walk to Warm Springs Road to catch the bus to either of the ski lodges. The house offers a contemporary design with all new furnishings, beautiful custom plaster walls and stone flooring , luxury linens and other comforts and amenities. Upstairs: A stunning great room with 20 foot ceilings and windows galore! A fully equipped kitchen with every appliance you could possibly need that is open to the living and dining room. There is a cozy fireplace, a centrally located TV and a dining table that seats 8. The living and dining room look out onto a lovely rooftop patio. Walk down the hall from the great room to the powder room / washer and dryer on your right. At the end of the hall is the luxurious master suite and master bath with TV. Downstairs: Down the hall from the front door are two adjoining guest bedrooms that have the option of being separated from or open to each other. The main guest bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the side of the house, a small desk and it's own closet with organizers. The adjoining/bonus bedroom has its own closet with organizers. Both There is a full bathroom right next to those two rooms. Separate private guest suite: This bedroom has its own private entrance that offers extra privacy for those that desire it. It's a beautifully appointed space with it's own deluxe bathroom and french doors that open on to it's own private patio. The house offers a lot of privacy in each room and a beautiful area for everyone to come together and relax in the great room, kitchen and outdoor rooftop patio. This is an extraordinary, comfortable yet gorgeous "Home away from home!" We hope you love it as much as we do!

We loved the house. It was perfect for 6 adults. Our only concerns were: 1) the long walking distance (in ski boots) to the bus stop for easy access to the ski lifts. We had three cars and ended up driving all three to the lifts each day. 2) EXTREMELY steep driveway into garage. This is a serious detriment and hazard in winter as it it really challenging to walk to the cars after a snow. The steep drive also makes it difficult to enter the garage without high centering the car . Fortunately, the car that we put in the garage has adjustable height suspension and we could enter the garage with suspension on High. 3) The garage ceiling and overhead door is quite low. We could not open our car's hatchback without hitting the garage door when the door is open. All-in-all, the experience was positive, and the driveway would not be an issue in the summer months.

This was the perfect place for my family from three states to gather for a 50th wedding anniversary, birthday, and Thanksgiving. The space was perfect for different family sleeping arrangements and the main area of the house afforded lots of space for playing games, enjoying meals, and just hanging out. Everything in Ketchum/Sun Valley was easy to access and the walkability to downtown Ketch was a plus. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, even leaving a bottle of wine for our family to enjoy. We ordered Thanksgiving dinner from Atkinson’s market so we didn’t have to cook, but there was everything we needed and more for warming and serving food. The driveway is very steep, so thankfully we could park in the garage to accommodate father with mobility issues. This was a great rental and highly recommend.

The home was exactly as described and as the photos showed. The location was perfect for us to easily get to downtown and all the other wedding activities. Michelle and Stephanie were both so responsive and offered us a late check out if needed. I would definitely rent the home again.

Due to a miscommunication, the property was double booked. The host went the extra mile to arrange an alternative accommodation that was above and beyond suitable for my family's needs.

My family of 8 and 2 grandbabies loved our stay. Michelle made the process so easy and was quick to respond. She even let us check in early. The kitchen is well stocked and the family room large for all to gather. The rooms are separated enough for privacy and the separate mother in law room was perfect for babies that nap and wake up early. The neighborhood is quiet and just a few min drive to the slopes and within walking of town. The beds are super comfortable and we all slept great. My only suggestion would be bigger beds than the ones downstairs that are doubles. They are a bit small for two people in my opinion. I would still give it 5 stars and stay here again! It is such a beautiful location!

The home was perfect for our family of six. Plenty of room, very clean and ready to go. The floor plan was super convenient. And close to, stores , restaurants and ski lifts. Both Michelle and Stephanie were attentive and accommodating. Thank you for a very memorable vacation.

Contemporary, clean and relaxing with multiple windows to enjoying Idaho landscape. Fully stocked with everything imaginable. Beautiful comfortable furniture and amazing beds. Close to hiking trails, a quiet neighborhood, amazing restaurants, and a natural hot spring a car drive away! A lot of interesting reading material avail. Guaranteed a memorable getaway.

Very flexible lay out, nice patio for outdoor dining. Had everything we needed fro two couples and two single adults. Master bedroom with high window to main room is not for late sleepers.

This property was completely amazing! The home is beautiful, spotless, full of everything one may need and so close to the downtown area. The layout is perfect for a family and/or a group to have their own space and privacy but also sit together in the great room or outside on the patio. This is what me and my family have been searching for! We stayed for a month and were not ready to come home. That says it all! Michelle was always so responsive, helpful and so sweet! You can tell how much she cares about her home and providing a wonderful experience for those staying at her property. Our family cannot wait to go back. This is our home away from home when we visit Ketchum!

Michelle ranks right at the top of my list for VRBO hosts and we have stayed all over the world. The property is sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, ideally located for a 10 minute walk into town and a 5 minute drive to the Warm Springs lift. We were able to accommodate 4 couples very comfortably with more than adequate kitchen space and culinary tools. But, what really made this high school reunion click was Michelle and how she was always available to answer questions, clarify an understanding, and make our stay as seamless and comfortable as one could ever want. When my travels bring me back to Ketchum, Michelle will be first call every time.

I loved the separate mother-in-law, the privacy was perfect for what our crews needs. The outdoor heated patio allowed us to have some fun outside even in the snow. It was very close to town (we could have walked) and the mountain for skiing (7 minute drive). We will certainly be staying there again on a future trip. Highly recommend it!
Side note: They provided the cutest paper products with little sayings on them:)

Amazing house in a perfect location in Ketchum
We've been renting homes almost every Christmas for the past 20 years in Ketchum and this was our first time staying in this neighborhood. The house was perfect, it had everything you could ask for and was great for our family.
The highlight of this rental was the owner. She responded to my questions within minutes and went out of her way to help out when questions came up. Thank you again!

This is the second time we’ve rented this property and I will likely rent it again. It’s close to everything yet so private and the patio is huge and amazing. Star watching from the patio was an absolute highlight. And it’s walking distance to the running and biking trails that go into town!

Michelle was a wonderful hostess. She responded to all questions and requests. The house is beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen dishes were beautiful with a plethora of glasses , silverware., and appliances. We had 6 adults and 4 teenagers and there was plenty of space. This is a first rate property. Thank you so much.
