Emplacement et parking

Chambre très mal insonorisée, aucune intimité car nos fenêtres de chambre et de salle de bain donnent sur la terrasse de la chambre d'a côté. Les lits grincent fort à chaque fois que l'on bouge. Le robinet de la salle de bain fuyait donc goutte à goutte toute la nuit. Nous n'avons pas pu accéder au spa et on nous a dit que de toutes les façons il était payant. Déçue et mauvaise nuit !!

hotel dans une jolie villa ancienne, entourré d'un jardin, bien agréable au calme.

la gentillesse de tout le personnel. petit déjeuner excellent dîner parfait

lors de notre réservation tardive, il n'y avait plus que de petites chambres de libres. très propre, mais très petite. la prochaine fois, nous réserverons bien à l'avance !

Good value particularly if you are driving

Parking Value for money Location was convenient but away from the hustle and bustle of San Remo

Away from the noise of the main road

The room was at the end of the corridor and had two bathrooms, a bit strange but nice as well. We liked the big windows and the separate sofa area. Breakfast was excellent, they even had fresh honey from honeycomb and a pancake maker.

The hotel charged Euro 8 per night for parking, this seemed so unnecessary as there was plenty of space to park and the hotel was not located right in the centre. Breakfast offered freshly made cappuccino coffee but we were not sure we were allowed to ask for refills, so didn't in case we got reprimanded. We appreciated the water in the room but when they made up the room the second day they didn't replace the water. The reception said they only provide it for the first day, but he was very kind and did get us some more water.

The staff was extremely courteous and professional. The hotel has private parking as well, made it very convenient for us.

The room was smaller than what was expected and the breakfast spread had very few options.

Wonderful breakfast with lot of choices!

Even though I have been to Villa Sylva many times and I love it! the hotel is good 15 to 20 minutes walk to go to the old port of San Remo where all the restaurants are.

Over rated and over priced.

Nice balcony with a view. Nice communal areas.

Very basic furniture and decor in the room. The bathroom door was loose and water run down the floor. Breakfast seemed from an Ibis and not for the kind of hotel they want to “sell”.

Good stay if you can get a reasonable rate

The property is clean and has a lovely view and terra e. we were able to rent bikes which is a great way to explore San Remo. able t

The aircon did not cool our room no matter the setting and my partners side of the bed was very squeaky. we only stayed one night so did not raise this with hotel staff. staff could have been more helpful and although we got to breakfast towards the end of service (10am when it ends at 1030) we were disappointed none of the food had been replenishing led so there was not much choice.

A very nice stay. The staff made us feel at home with their sweet smiles and helpfulness.

We liked how cosy the hotel was and how friendly and helpful the staff was. They printed out for us and you got the feeling of helpfulness and that they wanted our journey to be pleasant. The food was also excellent .

The rooms could have been bigger but they were nice and the air-condition was great. The hotel is a bit out of the main tourist area but as we got used to the town we began appreciating the quietness of it's surroundings.

- quiet - rooms were bright - service levels were solid - parking organized

- would be nice if they help with the bags - spa isn’t open, you have to pay a lot for just a normal sauna etc

Beautful house in a green garden, good to walk to centre.

parking direct in the large beautiful garden. For San Remo the hotel is very quiet, therefore situated central.
