Upon arrival we meet an ambulance in the drive, the person cleaning had an emergency illness, and upon calling the lady(Jill) I had been speaking with about key codes etc, found out it was her husband. House wasn’t completely ready for us, but I told her, no worries, we’d do what ever needed to finish,(wasn’t much) we were good concerning the situation and would be praying for her husband. Once we found out he was going to be ok, we enjoyed our family weekend. Unfortunately a breaker had flipped on the pier and had to text Jill and bother her knowing she had much worrying with her husband, and before we knew it the owner was out and flipping it for on for us. Through all this, they all were very sweet. Love this place and plan on going back next summer!

We ranged in age from 18 to 84 and all had a great, comfortable time together over Christmas. Owners were extremely responsive in getting a Wi-Fi issue fixed so that we could watch a movie together — we were especially thankful for that since a cold snap made kayaking a little less appealing. We’d gladly return!

2022 annual reunion
As our family is getting older, we realize how important these gatherings are. We have rented houseboats, gone to resorts, traveled in RV's, cabins and now we can add to the list a lake house. It was perfect! Our parent's are in their middle 80's and they were able to have the room needed to navigate a walker and just have the ability to have a little extra help getting around. They didn't feel crowded. The rest of us-4 siblings and spouses in ages of 51+ loved the closeness with the ability to run away from each other......ha ha ;-). Some of our adult children and grandchildren were able to join us....even if for only the day. The location was great! As we get older it's harder to be without creature comforts but the host made this house so inviting. Cabinets, drawers, light switches, etc were labeled. This was wonderful. We brought a boat and it was nice to have a boat slip and deck to enjoy throughout the day. The neighbors that we saw and visited with while on morning walks were very pleasant. We would DEFINITELY recommend this house for a getaway!

Best Birthday Trip
A group of friends came with me to celebrate my 60th birthday! The deck is perfect for laying out , talking or enjoying the beautiful view. The water around the dock is waist high, perfect for floating or hanging out in the water. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed to make our meals. The dining tables inside and out seat 10+ people, enough for all of us to dine together. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so we could all spread out and have our privacy when we wanted. we woud definitely rent again!

Great getaway house
The house absolutely met our needs in every way possible. Spacious, lakefront, nice kitchen, and plenty of inside/outside seating. On the down side parking was problematic. Had we not been able to park in the driveway across the street, there would have been only one parking spot in the property driveway. We also took vehicles to another home as to not exceed our parking limit. We were also reprimanded by the neighborhood watch woman on her bike as we were unloading our vehicles. We loved the house and would stay again, however, the stress we had with parking may have us search out another rental.

House was just like the advertisement. House was clean and just right for our family. Parking was limited due to location. Only one vehicle on side of house. But they made it work for us and we were lumited to four vehicles across the street. Agency was very prompt and responsive. Loved the home.

Great weekend!
What a wonderful weekend we had! We had four adults and four kids in our group - there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Kids took over the entire bottom floor while the adults claimed the upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Lovely little touches were everywhere - toiletries in the bathrooms and s’more ingredients in the kitchen. Property manager was a joy to work with. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful views of the lake. We’ll be back!!

House was conveniently located off Hwy 190 and easy to locate, plenty of parking for our 5 vehicles and boat trailer, all rooms are good size. kitchen, pantry & laundry room is spacious and nicely stocked with cookware, plates, cups, utensils…kitchen table had plenty of seating for 10 adults + 4 kids. Boat Ramp is about 1/2 mile from boat house along the lake, lift was easy to access and use. Communication with owners was quick and helpful. Would definitely rent again.

The house is P.E.R.F.E.C.T. for a large family like ours with the kids area downstairs and away from the adults, but a single "bonus" bed in the master for that one kid who needed to be a bit closer to mom and dad. The kitchen is one of the best stocked that we've stayed in and we are VRBO/ABB pro's. We did not want for anything all week. The lake was a bit too choppy for us to ski right off the dock, but sure made for some enjoyable swimming and floating! Fortunately just under the bridge that's visible from the dock is a protected cove and the water was like glass all weekend. Super easy to pull skiers in a lazy oval that was about a 4 min loop.
*** Note - there is only ONE jet ski lift and a boat lift. The water is definitely too choppy to leave any water craft in the water overnight but fortunately there is a very nice and low traffic boat ramp at the campground just up the road that's also visible from the dock. Worked out well.
This lake is huge, the house is spectacular. I highly recommend.

Great July 4 weekend!
16 total people in our group and it was great. The kayaks and pier are great! We brought a lily pad and the kids played for hours in the water. The fireworks on the 4th were literally right in front (back) of the house - in the lake. It was incredible.
The bunk beds were pretty squeaky - could use some WD40, possibly.
We had one problem that required a call to the management but they were quick to respond and handle the problem.
