El hotel es precioso, las habitaciones muy limpias y cuidadas. El buffet muy rico. El personal del hotel es muy amable. Excelente decisión!!!!!

El desayuno bastante bien, las camas cómodas y la ubicación bastante buena, cerca del Centro pero en sitio tranquilo
Se escuchaba bastante el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas, lo cual repercute en el confort y calidad del sueño. Tienen puntos de carga para coches eléctricos con Endesa, pero pienso que un hotel de esta categoría debería permitir recargar de manera gratuita a sus clientes y más pagándose a parte el parking.

Que estaba en el mismo lugar donde se celebraba el congreso que asistía
Las paredes estaban sucias, no digo de pintura, de resto de algo que no quise ni intentar identificar. Había pelos en el baño.

it was tired dated and badly in need of a refurb to bring into the 21st C
there were broken pieces of furniture in the lobby, not a great first impression. the breakfast was poor and the staff in the dining room seemed disinterested
the bedroom was small and badly lit, it was airless and the aircon was very poor. there was only a bolster on the bed no pillows
we decided to cut our stay short by 2 days and moved on to the mountains and a more welcoming hotel. all in all a very disappointing hotel and one to be avoided

Convenient location, easy to find and 10 minute walk to old town. Standard double room was plenty big enough for 2 of us and our dog. Comfy bed and quiet, we had a room at the back of the hotel

Good location and safe parking
Breakfast typical for the area, seems no one eats healthy around here. Also dont know where they get the four stars rating.

I liked that it included the taxi from the airport and the size of the room.
It has a few issues that puts you off, like the dirtiness of the walls, the inclination of the side tables, how uncomfortable the chairs of the dining room are..

It was our second time to stay at the Hotel Iberik Santo Domingo Plaza. We like that it’s centrally located, close to the Old Town, eateries, etc. The bed was comfortable and I could tell that the beddings were properly washed. That’s quite important to us more so now because of the pandemic.
I couldn’t think of anything to complain about.

nothing except for location
it is a property that does not have any maintenance. broken doors, dirty bathrooms, chairs that need to be reupholstered. air conditioning not working.

Nice place and nice staff. Good location and close to the city center.
Two single beds not a good idea when they are not fixed together. You end up with a gap in between. I asked specifically for a double bed. It’s not the first time though…so not really happy with that.

For a 4 stars hotel there is no restaurant and no bar. Roomservice available but there is an hour waiting time.
