The location was perfect, in a walking distance from the center of Chora and the public buses. We also enjoyed very much the pool, especially during the heatwave.
The interior decoration of the room was a bit old fashioned.

I believe this property to be of an exceptional standard and the best place to stay in Chora with its huge central pool. The presentation of the facilities were faultless and the staff were very friendly and professional. I could have quiet happily stayed in the resort my whole visit and been catered for extremely well. It is only a short walk to immerse yourself in the shops of pretty Chora and climb to the church overlooking the village from the mountain top if you wish to venture outside. I was so impressed I will try to return and persuade my family to join me as well. It doesn’t get better than this for serenity, service and picturesque high quality accommodation. Highly recommend!
I found the pillows of too higher lift and too hard, to the point that it hurt my neck. The provision of at least one lower loft soft hotel standard pillow would have made my stay more comfortable.

picturesque & great location. Good pool, very comfy beds, pleasant & helpful staff.
Being early in the season not all listed facilities were open. Also the Spa wasn’t operational, pending delivery of a spare electrical part(s) although the massages we had were very enjoyable

The resort was very well maintained, lovely pool (although it was too cold for us to swim) and gardens. The staff were so friendly and helpful. You can rent cars from the hotel which was really convenient.
If I could suggest something: perhaps add tea & coffee facilities in the rooms.

5 minutes from the restaurant location, and 20 minutes from the charch, the breakfast was good

Lovely pool area. Quiet hotel. Very easy walk around the corner to lovely Chora with lots of restaurants/bars. Everything was nearby yet the hotel was not at all noisy. Very clean rooms furnished in lovely traditional style.
Free transfer to/from port is a bonus
Breakfast is not great. A buffet, which is fine, but no service at all. It would have been nice if tables were pre-set. To get a full choice, you need to be there early because they don’t replenish items that are used up.
Key to room, safe and for lights are all on the 1 keyring. So you can’t leave your phone charging, e,g. If you’re at pool. If you want to open safe, the lights have to go off. Room is a bit cramped but these are just small irritations. It’s a good hotel if a little expensive for what you get

The mattress was too soft for my taste but managed.

This place is just amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are wide and comfortable. The swimming pool is out of this world. And breakfast has a good variety and quality. We felt cuddled all the time of our stay.

Really nice hotel in Chora, the location is perfect, the pool is big and clean, my kids loved the mini golf. the staff at the reception was super friendly and helpful.
Breakfast can be improved, not great quality. The room was big and clean but I think a bit overpriced but we were there in august so pick season.

The location being in the entrance of the city with good parking. There is no "view" but you can find that by walking a few minutes.
The pool was very good, sizable and well maintained. Thanasis at the bar a good guy! Eveybody polite as expected.
This is not a 250 euro per day hotel. I understand wanting to make up for COVID but still...
Rooms were small, two small water bottles are not considered a treat nowadays, asked for a few hours late checkout (willing to pay for it) but instead of making a note and letting us know the day before, they suggested the hotel was full (white lie vibe) and that I should again ask later (that's not how it works).

It’s beautiful and the staff was so helpful and friendly.
Only because we were there so early in the season, there was a lot of maintenance being done—painting, pools being cleaned and filled. But it didn’t really affect our stay.
