Our stay was fine the location was GREAT, we were all a bit disappointed with the cleanliness and the over all up keep of the property, it was much more dated than the pictures lead one to believe. The games didn’t work, the pool sticks were destroyed, the pictures were very misleading

Loved the place and area. However the house was quite dirty and one of the outside bedroom doors was warped with a huge gap. Thought it was quite strange that while linens were supplied, we had to make up our own beds. Also trash pickup was only available on our first day and not thereafter.

Upon arrival, we found lights without bulbs, multiple areas of soft spots in the floors and doors that weee difficult to open, that is if we could get them open at all. The arcade game has a broken joystick. The pool heater was not functioning (given a rebate after reporting). Pictures online showed different furnishings than actual. Pros: hot tub, large pantry, second fridge, elevator, plentiful dish ware and glass ware with a good amount of seating at table, easy beach access. Convenient location.
