REALLY ENJOYED THE POOL AND LIVING AREA. NOT SURE WHERE THE 3RD "FULL" BATH WAS (AS ADVERTISED) OR THE TV'S (PLURAL) WERE. WE HAD 6 FAMILY MEMBERS STAYING SO IT WAS NOT A ISSUE BUT IT WOULD BE TOUGH FOR FAMILY/NON-FAMILY. WE HAD A GOOD TIME.

The house was beautiful and well maintained. We had everything we needed for our stay. Donna was great to communicate with and when we had any issue come up she was on it very quickly. We had the most wonderful stay. We would 10/10 recommend this home and homeowner to anyone who wants a worry free stay! Thank you again for making our vacation amazing!

The house was clean and beautiful. I wish we had the opportunity to rent next year but it was already booked. The host was so nice and all the extra things in the home were awesome. Great home and made our family vacation so much fun.

This was our first family vacation. The house was perfect for us. It was big and spacious, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet street and in walking distance to both the Intercostal and the beach. Many of the restaurants are in either walking distance or just a short drive. The kitchen was well equipped and comfortable. We loved the in-ground pool. The water was crystal clear. A has BBQ grill was provided for outdoor cooking. Beach chairs, towels, cooler and even a wagon was available for use and much more. We highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

We enjoyed everything about our visit to Holden Beach. This house is beautiful and the owners have thought of every amenity and convenience. It was very easy to communicate with the owners and instructions were easy to follow. Also, the beds were very comfortable! Any group would really love this home - kids, families, or a group of adults.

The moment we booked this rental we had immediate communication with the owners. They have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. We really only needed to bring our clothes because everything from toiletries to kitchen spices were provided. The house was so clean we didn’t think twice about putting our 10 month old twin granddaughters on the floor. The weather did not cooperate with us, so we spent a lot of time in this beautifully decorated house. Wish we could have used the pool and cozy outdoor entertaining area, it was so inviting. We will definitely be back in the summer! Thanks for being the best hosts!!!!

Great time and beautiful house! Only complaint from kids is no TV except the one in living room!! Very well stocked with towels and linens and all appliances needed to enjoy our time.

Let me start off with the beach is NOT my favorite place to go.....BUT this trip was off the charts!!! The beach was definitely a family beach, the waves were perfect and the water was excellent. The house was in excellent condition, it was stocked with every neccessary item PLUS some. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was as well. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, there were spices, oils, tons of extras ( I took my own bc theres never been a house I've rented that actually had these items) I've even had to purchase a skillet or some type of kitchen item to make our stay complete in the past. This house was beach ready for your entire family good chairs, good wagon, beach towels, etc. The showers had shampoo and conditioner, the hand soap was full, there was laundry detergent, and plenty of dishwashing tabs. The pool area was clean and equipped. There was a welcome home basket full of hospitality items, the grill was clean and worked well, the entire house was spotless no hidden dirt bunnies! This is a five star home and I really want to thank the owners for going out of their way to make our trip so wonderful. Do NOT hesitate to rent this home. I have traveled and rented so many homes in the last 30 years and this house left a deep impression. Thank you Donna! Tara H. & Family

Our family had a great week at this property. The home was perfect for us, was extremely clean, airy, close to everything we wanted to do. Really enjoyed the pool after a hot day on the beach, and the large porch was a perfect resting place to see the many boats going up and down the ICW. The home was very well stocked with everything we needed for a perfect week. The beautiful decor added to our enyoyment. We would definitely consider this home again.

The best rental!

The best rental!

This place was incredible from the well appointed linens, appliances, furniture, and household items (there was literally everything and anything we needed!). It is upgraded in every aspect of the word. The pool area is awesome as we adults appreciated the shade and turf while the kids played in the pool. The safety measures (locked gates) surrounding the pool and front porch were perfect. The trek the the beach was manageable (5-8 min depending on the state of the children lol). We walked to dock house seafood and Italian ice place for dinner and treats. There was live music on Sunday night that was about a 4 min walk. The sunsets from the front porches were amazing as well. 5/5 - highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again! The house was beautiful and very clean. It was a short (6-7 minute) walk to the beach and very close to restaurants and shopping. The house was equipped with everything we needed and it was a huge plus that all the linens were provided for our stay. I think our children enjoyed the pool even more than the beach, and they had plenty of space to play. Would highly recommend!

Everything was great about our experience was amazing! The host was so nice and communicated very well. The beach is a very short walk away. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. You could see the sunrise and sunset from the various porches. The pool was very clean and perfect for our son. Very pleased with our stay!

Enjoyed our stay. house was great. We enjoyed the pool the most. Restaurants were close by. The only bad thing about the pool, there was no hand rails for getting in and out. Over all I would stay again.

Check in was easy, everything was clean, and the pool was great! We loved the backyard and the shady area with the picnic table and ring toss game. The beach access that we used was about a 10 minute walk. When we drove, we had no trouble parking b/c we went late in the afternoon. We loved the house and would stay here again.

Donna and Chris did an amazing job with this beach house rental. Our family has been coming to Holden beach for a couple years and this was our favorite yet. The location of the house is great, the owners made us the sweetest welcome basket upon arrival, they supplied beach towels, spices, and even trash bags. The property has an amazing outdoor space with shaded area for days you’ve had too much sun. We have stayed at other rental properties and none were as clean as this. They even had a detailed brochure with recommendations of restaurants and things to do ready for us. When we did have an issue, it was addressed professionally and promptly. Would recommend this property time and time again.

My family of 6 - all over the age of 21 - recently stayed at this property. I would highly recommend considering this home for an upcoming getaway. I was originally concerned about the distance away from the beach as we normally stay within a street or two. However, the distance was much better than expected and the restaurants and ice cream shop are in a great, short walking distance. The owner has done an excellent job in renovating the home in 2021 and the pool is perfectly sized for a day away from the beach. Everything was in great working order and we didn't need anything. The owner was very responsive and great to work with - thank you Donna! This always makes me more comfortable going to a property we haven't stayed at previously. I would recommend this property and location for your next vacation.
