The Space: Spend a week exploring the shores of Cape Cod from our newly renovated South Chatham Summer House that comfortably sleeps 8! Primely located within a 9-minute walk to Taylor’s Pond (Launch a kayak at the end of Mill Creek Road and explore the Estuary that leads out to the Nantucket Sound) or a 15-minute walk to Forest Beach (swim in the ocean, sink your toes in the sand, and soak up the Summer sun!) You’ll also be a drive away from a plethora of other beaches and ponds to include Red River Beach, Cockle Cove Beach, and Buck’s Creek Marshes. Return home after a day by the water and enjoy the brand new hardscape and landscape surrounding our home. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, enjoy Happy Hour on the patio, or play a game of bocce on the lawn with the Fam. Escape the heat and head indoors to relax in the luxurious Central Air that spreads through the entire home. Stop by the kitchen (recently updated with brand new stainless steel appliances) to freshen up your Cape Codder and shuck a few oysters to enjoy at the dining table in the adjoining room. The dining room is adorned with a nautical chandelier and a majestic mural of Cape Cod’s southern shore. After your hors d'oeuvres, disperse your separate ways as the kid's lounge in the comfy blue room to stream whatever’s trending on Netflix, and the adults retreat to the second but more formal living room to unwind in the ambiance of the decorative fireplace. Ready for dinner? Grill up some fresh Shrimp on the Barby (check out Mac’s Chatham Fish and Lobster for the freshest seafood) and corn on the cob to enjoy in the outdoor dining area. Once the sun has set and you start to feel the breeze coming off the ocean, start up the fire pit and roast some s’mores to eat for dessert! At the end of the night, dissipate your separate ways into one of the four bedrooms. From the formal living room, travel up the stairs and take a left into the Master bedroom-- snuggle into the Queen bed, and note the spacious closet, large dresser, and workspace (perfect for any WFH days!) Travel across the hall to the kid’s suite-- complete with a twin bed and trundle, and a separate area for watching TV, playing foosball, or just hanging out. Our family came to cape cod for a wedding. Our 3 adult daughters with partners and my husband and myself felt at home in this 4 bedroom house with plenty of room to spread out alittle. Very clean and with enough supplies to get you started. Outdoor living space and fire pit were a plus

We really enjoyed our week in the house which was a family gathering. The house was clean and well furnished. We especially liked the outdoor space which was ideal for BBQ, having a fire in the pit and just hanging out. The neighborhood was very quiet and conveniently located to all Chatham has to offer.

It is a wonderful property in a great location. Enjoyed dining outdoors and using the fire pit. Chatham is a cool town with plenty of things to do. Property is close to the bike trail. The one improvement I would like to see is have room darkening shades to block the early morning sun.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood and has plenty of room. It was very comfortable, clean and we loved the location. We didn’t get to use the outside amenities due to bad weather but we had plenty of room to stay inside.

We had a great stay, there were all the typical amenities and the house was very clean on arrival. We were central to many activities, restaurants, and beaches. It was great to bike down to Forest St. Beach and enjoy the fire pit each evening. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The rental was perfect for our family of 8 (3 kids under 6, 4 parents, 1 grandparent). Lots of space to spread out, comfortable beds, and probably the cleanest rental I’ve stayed at in a long time. The property management team was responsive by text and took care of any issues we had very quickly.

We arrived to a messy yard and patio. Sun bleached outdoor cushions and umbrella, rusting chairs, debris all over yard. Indoor we were greeted with a dog chewed welcome mat and stained and scratched coffee tables,etc. Called immediately to be transferred to another property and thank god we were as our children were coming to join us. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

This was the cleanest, best appointed home I have rented. The location in South Chatham was close to Rte 28 so convenient to drive into town, or to Harwich, Hyannis and Nauset Beach in Orleans. The house is impeccable, comfortable beds and furniture, spotless towels and sheets and pillows, plenty of dishes and cooking items, and great outside furniture and setup with fire pit. Plenty of space for all, renovated baths and kitchen and blow dryers and iron supplied so just bring your clothes and beach towels and your set for the week! We loved our week in Chatham !
