Good for what we needed

Beds were comfy. Room was a good size for our family of 6. Breakfast was ok.

Hair in the shower, and I had to clean it myself. Crumbs and trash behind nightstand. Alarm clock didn't work. Front desk Staff and breakfast staff seemed biased.

It was close to where our cheer competition was

they did not have blankets on the bed for our kids and none where available. We also found beer caps in the sofa bed

Great room, breakfast ok

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, clean & had a small kitchen. This would be great for someone who needs to stay for an extended period of time. Bed was on the firmer end, which we liked.

Breakfast was ok. It consisted basically of pancakes, cereal & oatmeal. If you're looking for a hearty breakfast, this isn't for you but it'll keep you from being hungry.

Perfect location, very nice clean & convenient hotel.

The location is perfect. There are gas stations, Walgreen’s and restaurants close by. The property is VERY clean, well lit and welcoming.

Not worth the money we paid

Nothing

Maid service was not provided the 4 days we were there. We where told you have to request to have your room done and when we did request it to be done up and the trash emptied it was not done.

Quiet, clean, affordable

Very clean, easily assessable from the interstate. Near everything yet out of the way from traffic. We felt safe there. We had a 3 night stay. Comfortable, quiet, we were on the third floor. I was overcharged but after contacting the hotel I wS refunded in full. They had charged the $50 security hold twice-once at check in and another $50 charge on my card 2 days later. They did refund both. We will stay again if possible next year. This was a quiet hotel, mostly older people, families, and couples it seemed. Not alot of party type people.

The overcharge of the security hold, however that was rectified very quickly and refunded within a week.

I didn’t like any thing there!

I didn’t like how my room was not cleaned, the shower and bed was still nasty. There was chewing gum on the floor.

We will recommend to friends and stay again.

There were 4 kids 2 adults and a dog. The room was a great size and very clean. Breakfast was perfect for our family. Staff was so friendly and helpful. After spending 15 hrs in the car, it was a welcomed and pleasant stay.

Not happy about no advertised breakfast. We will not stay here again.

We paid for breakfast. They took it away around 7:30. Breakfast is advertised till 9:30!! We paid for it. We were here 2 days. We would like a refund.

Nice clean hotel with a friendly staff but did not receive the room that was reserved.

It was clean and the staff was nice. Good location close to lots of things.

We did not receive the room that was booked. We reserved a room with two queen beds and a pull out. Upon arrival they told us they did not have that available and only had a king room with a pull out bed. They advised us that we never should have been able to book the queen room on a third-party site. Luckily for us we were able to make do with the king room and pull out. However, had we brought our whole family we would have had to leave and find a different hotel. I am not sure where the problem came from, whether it was booking.com or the hotel itself. We were very disappointed in the unexpected change. Once a customer has a booking confirmation they should feel secure in knowing that the room they have booked is available for them.

Horrible Service

The coffee was good, and the room was clean when we arrived.

Our stay was just awful. We read reviews about this hotel that said it was a good place to stay but we had the exact opposite experience. We booked a two queen bed room suite and were told none of them were clean so our only other option was a king size bed and sofa bed. It was late and I had three young kids with me, I ended up taking that room because I did not have time to look for another hotel. The front desk lady who worked Saturday and Sunday Mornings was just rude, unapologetic, and completely useless. We felt like she never made an effort to try and help us. She made our stay much worse. The two nights we were there, the room never got cleaned. The phones didn’t work. I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. The sofa bed had no sheets, however the evening front desk guy was nice enough to bring us some sheets. We finally got wifi to work on the last day, but with no help from the front desk. Breakfast was also bad, none of us liked our food it was cold and lacked flavor. We will never recommend this hotel, it just went from bad to worse.
