You will find the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, and a spacious bathroom. There are linens, books, games, movies and beach chairs and unbrella provided for your convenience. In the evenings, grill fresh seafood poolside or watch the sunset from the balcony. You will also have access to all of the Perdido Sun building amenities: 300 feet of beach with beach service for purchase during summertime, a large outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and showers, laundry facility, conference room with kitchen, 24 hour security cameras, three (3) elevators, and an inviting lobby. We also have a special outdoor guest closet that is stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, beach and pool toyy for you to use during your stay. All the sweet and thoughtful extras that you did for us from the moment we arrived to the time we left were so appreciated. Words simply are not adequate to express properly. The condo was perfect and we are already planning to come back next year. We needed to relax from a rough year and try to celebrate our anniversary. This was by far the nicest condo we have ever stayed. Thank you SO much!

Although it was the coldest Christmas in decades we fully enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful. The hostess had so many little extras that made it really feel like home away from home. The key lime pie was delicious and a hopefully surprise. The location was perfect and the views were breath taking. Would love to visit again, when it's warmer for sure.

We loved everything about this place! It was clean, comfortable bed, and the view was perfect! It wasn’t too far away from everything but the location was quiet and very relaxing. We hope to go back and stay here again! The host were so sweet and so easy to communicate with!

The view from the kitchen, living room space and outdoor balcony are stunning. Better than I had hoped for. The bathroom (s) spaces are very small, almost unable to close the door and the mattress needs replaced but was adequate. It was clean, quiet, secure and everything we needed was there. But if you are wanting to stay somewhere with a view, I will recommend it.

Wow. I can’t emphasize enough how amazing this rental property is, along with its owners. Robert & Gina were so kind right from the beginning! I had told them I was celebrating my honeymoon with my husband and when we walked into the condo, they left us a card along with rose petals, candles, & jazz music playing. It made our day! Not to mention how fresh and clean it smelled and looked when we walked in. They also left a key lime pie for us in the fridge. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to text back. This condo is right on the beach. My husband and I enjoyed drinking our coffee on the balcony every morning- thanks to the freshly stocked keurig and K-cups provided by the hosts. The check in process was quick and easy. The indoor and outdoor pool was great. And the hosts have a whole closet stocked with anything you need: chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels, etc. We loved how close it was to several restaurants. One night we even walked across the street for dinner. Do yourself a favor and rent this property! You won’t find this clean and nice of a condo right on the beach with as nice of owners as Robert & Gina. And make sure to visit the Flora Bama Yacht Club for dinner! Delicious. We already have plans to come back for our anniversary! Thanks for everything!!

This was the firstbtime renting any property that the owners were so caring. The trip was for my wife's and I 10 year anniversary and they helped make it even more special with gifts and a card. Couldn't have asked for a better experience

The condo was clean. The bed was soft. They had trash bags, coffee,creamers, Dawn, laundry soap, ziplock bags, all tbe extra stuff you always have to buy already there.
My son locked us out and I text the owner and she text right back with a solution.
The only thing that i didn't realize was no laundry room. Its 4$ for wash and dry a load in the condo laundry room which wasnt horrible.
Also the 4 stars comes for the hot tub being out of order the entire stay. It was chills so that would have been great however the indoor pool was warm and a life saver since the weather was not great!
The chair boy was not super friendly monday-friday but the weekend chair boy was much nicer.
Front desk was also nice .
Over all it was a fantastic stay and the
1 second walk from the beach to the condo made it so easy you didnt have to pack the room to the beath.
We will come back to the Sun Condos...

This was our first time using an online vacation rental and we were spoiled! Everything was super clean and absolutely beautiful. The decor was beautiful and inviting. When we arrived we were blown away at the thoughtfulness and care given to us. The owners were quick to respond to us and that made our stay stress-free. The indoor pool was a "must" and it exceeded our expectations. It was well kept and warm. We loved that we could go out on the balcony and watch (and hear) the waves at any time. Our vacation was so relaxing and wonderful. It was a huge blessing to our family. I would recommend this VRBO in a heartbeat!
