The house was amazing! Clean, spacious, included everything we needed. The location was close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Chris was extremely communicative and great to work with. Already planning to revisit again next year!

This house was perfect for a group of retired friends. It was very spacious with large bedrooms and lots of living space. There is great outdoor space as well. The house is located in a lovely neighborhood and nearby to anything we might have wanted. A visit to the Centerville Pie Company and Lambert's Rainbow Fruit are must stops if you find yourself in the area. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy meals in. We struggled a bit one night with one of the streaming services but a quick call to Chris set us straight. He was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with. 😀 We all agreed we had an excellent stay and will definitely consider returning.

This home was nice and large, the kitchen is old/dated it could have been better appointed, overall it functioned. The bathrooms were clean and functional however also very dated. Wallpaper in the bathroom was lifting, some floor tiles in master were cracked and the floor of shower and bath were very slippery, enough that a sign was left to “hold on”. The master bedroom and bathroom smelt VERY MUSTY whenever the door was kept closed or air was turned down. There was a 6 plug outlet in the back of the master bed without a plate exposing wiring. Black Carpenter ants were found throughout the house including the upstairs bedrooms with several found in the master bathroom daily. Evidence of dead ants were found in the living areas as well. The home advertised an outdoor grill and shower. Neither could be used, the grill was found dirty and rusted and the shower was in a rotting wooden enclosure which included one of the air conditioning condensers. The deck to the home while large and looks fine in the photos was in some need of repair. The railing gaps were not safe for small children. A pretty bad smell existed outside (although not consistently) we reported it to the property management however they didn’t know the cause. Due to the dampness in this home the beach chairs were rusted and showed signs of mildew. Exterior lighting needs improvement for safety reasons. The home did not meet our expectations of its listing.

The property was lovely and spacious, easily accommodating 5 women. We would suggest that info book be expanded to include instructions for turning furnace on (our first night everyone was very cold), list light switch configuration so guests don’t have to search, improve kitchen lighting brightness, and adjust showerheads so they remain in place. We DID enjoy ourselves and the above are our suggestions to enhance the experience. Thank you, Deborah

We enjoyed the spacious, well-equipped property. There were great indoor areas for family activities, like games and meals, both formal and informal. We appreciated being so close to parks and beaches, where everyone had a great time. The local shops were wonderful, and I’m sure when it’s not a pandemic, there are great restaurants.
