The room was comfortable and modern.
I booked a twin room with a mate. When we arrived they told me they didn't do twin rooms and we'd have to pay £150 for an extra room. In the end the owner kindly gave us the room for free and said it was Booking.com's fault!!

The car park was large.
Bed linen dirty, and wasn’t changed until second time of asking.
Room door left wide open by staff.

The bed was comfy
The first room we were given had no towels. We were then moved to a “better” room but it wasn’t better at all. It also had a leftover ballon display in the room, candelabra and didn’t look like the bed was made properly. The carpet had stains on it too. The main road was right outside our window so the cars kept us awake a lot.

The room was a nice size
l was on the second floor , four flights of stairs. No lifts. The shower room had white stuff all over the floor. Not enough towels. No bins any where. one tea cup. No glasses or plastic cup for drinking water. The milk was off only two small milk. The ironing board was broken. No Fans. I Requested bin , towels , glasses and cup never arrived. waited 25 minutes to give my key in , no one on reception. No key drop.

Ideal placed near rail station and only a few minutes to Birmingham centre.
The room was fine but no chair. Extremely noisy due to road outside, even when windows closed.
Breakfast only continental. No choice. No restaurant.
Bedside lights did not work, main lights extremely bright. Notified staff but after 3 days they still did not work.

excellent customer service
bar is not accessible, one side of the rooms backs onto a noisy busy main road, the other side into the hotel car park where a steady stream of inconsiderate guests and visitors think its ok to make lots of noise throughout the night and early hours, overpriced in my opinion.

the all experience was not impressive due to fact stayed in a lot of hotels no amenities near by

comfortable bed.
room had no hairdryer & none at reception. no bedside tables as being refurbished. seating area only 1 chair. tea/coffee not replenished after day 1 (we there days). residents bar closed due to hotel refurb which is not advertised anywhere on booking.com or their own website

The decor was lovely in the hotle.
The receptionist was lovely and very helpful.
The atmosphere was very haunting.
Me and my partner asked if we could get a drink and we were told it was for premium guest only.
Didn't feel comfortable at all infact we didnt sleep there we left very early hours.
