Location was great we had a family wedding to go to in Arrowtown
all the rest of family and friends were within a 10min walk.

Fantastic location on a quiet street and walking distance to town. The house was very well equipped and very comfortable. There were lots of appreciated little touches such as plenty of towels for the spa pool and magazines to read. Although we didn't cook, the kitchens were very well set up, including items such as coffee plungers.

Location was perfect. Had everything you could need when travelling away from home. Family had an excellent stay.

Location was perfect, close to the town centre of Arrowtown. The host had the home toasty warm on our arrival and the family enjoyed the hot tub.

Loved the location - so easy to walk to the shops as well as to the river and some local walks. Also enjoyed biking to Lake Hayes. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Great to have the deck with a BBQ too. The owner was super accomodating.

Fantastic unit , the beds, linen and kitchen equipment were excellent.
Everything was provided and well set up. Bathroom works well having separate toilet and shower.
Large fridge/freezer. It was warm sunny and very comfortable. Loved the hot tub
As we discussed with booking.com and the owner it was not represented as an upstairs unit.
Noise at night from downstairs guests was distracting. The TV and voice noise came straight upstairs.

Property was clean, warm and cosy. It is in an excellent location to the Arrowtown village and for travelling to Queenstown.

The fire was lovely, facilities were really clean, was very well set up with everything you need.
Beds and pillows were really comfortable.
Loved having all the Sky TV channels
Would have been nice to have a little bit of milk in the fridge for those not so organised travellers like me.
We were also hoping for a view but unfortunately the main window looks out onto the road and neighbouring houses

Excellent place, it felt like the host Emma had thought of everything.
Everything was great- 10/10, comfy beds, warm home, pet friendly, all amenities taken care of, the hot tub was a hit, then the guests upstairs arrived.
6.30am is not the time my family and I would like to be woken every morning with constant walking, sliding door opening and closing, and general busy movements during what I thought were quiet hours???
This was a great home, just not the noise part was a bit disappointing.

Coffee, tea etc available. Good facilities. Handy to walk to town, shops, walks, cycle tracks etc.
