Accurate description of house. Great living space for all of us to enjoy. A few hiccups dealt with by owner. I would have liked to know about them before coming, but did not impact our wonderful vacation. Thank you!

This ultramodern house is fun to stay in

We loved our stay at 2 Ocean Drive West. Vince, the owner, and Charlie, the property manager, checked in several times during the week and promptly answered any questions we had and provided recommendations on restaurants, linen services and more. The house is beautifully decorated and the HVAC system with separate zones for each floor and the master bedroom kept everyone comfortable. The kitchen has high-end appliances and includes two sinks, three ovens, a large refrigerator, a wine refrigerator and an additional drawer refrigerator and freezer. Dishes, silverware, glassware, pots and pans of all sizes, bowls, colanders, coffee maker, electric kettle and smaller kitchen items were plentiful as were pantries and closet space throughout the house. The large windows with electronic shades in every room provided beautiful views of the inlet, Atlantic City and surrounding neighborhood. Each bedroom has a large screen TV and plenty of closet space including a hamper. As an added bonus, the house includes a new ping pong table (and paddles and balls) along with a room off the master bedroom furnished as a yoga studio, complete with mat and yoga book. There is also an annex off of the living room with its own sofa and TV that adds a bit of seclusion if part of the group wants some entertainment space away from the main living room. The large dining room table comfortably seats 10. There is a smaller table and chairs in the kitchen. Our family loved the pool and hot tub which were well-maintained. Floats, noodles and pool rings meant we didn’t need to bring these from home. The new large outdoor Weber grill was great for our family barbecues. Grill tools were included. Poolside seating was plentiful and the large umbrella provided some shade. The garage meant there was a third parking space (driveway has space for two cars) and housed six adult bicycles along with many beach chairs, a beach mat, a beach wagon and some beach toys. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, five minutes from “downtown” Brigantine, where one can shop at the Acme, CVS, hardware stores, etc. and enjoy restaurants and ice cream shops. Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay and look forward to a return visit.

This home was perfect for our family vacation - each of us had our own space and enjoyed coming together by the pool. The location is right by the entrance to the drive-on beach and we were also able to walk to other beaches as well. It came with bikes that we enjoyed, as well as the ping-pong table. We had some issues with the washer/dryer and temperature control which the property manager tried to fix but overall had a lovely stay. It was our first time in Brigantine and we are looking forward to getting back to the island!
