This pet friendly home sits over an acre and a half of land in a private lakefront setting in the Harbor Point Subdivision at Lake Keowee, SC. It has 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and can comfortably sleep 14. This two level home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level and 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths on the lower level along with a unique built in bunk bed great for kids. There are two full size fully stocked kitchens and can comfortably accommodate two families or one large group. Each level has their own washer and dryer. There is fantastic outdoor living space with decks on both levels and a hot tub on the lower. A private dock overlooking a beautiful quiet deep cove is perfect for swimming and fishing. Explore the beautiful, emerald-green water with a tandem and single kayak and a paddle board that are available for your use. Bring your boat or rent a boat from one of the many marinas on Lake Keowee to explore the lake, fish or to simply enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The Blue Ridge Mountains serves as the backdrop and Lake Keowee is the centerpiece of this beautiful setting. There are 18,500 acres of water and more than 300 miles of shoreline. Lake Keowee provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy nature and make family memories. If you enjoy water sports you can enjoy sailing, boating, water-skiing, canoeing, whitewater rafting and fishing. We took some of our grandkids for a Christmas vacation and mr Tong's beautiful home on Lake Keowee was the perfect place! 2 floors, 5 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms helped everyone have personal space when they needed but lots of room for time together. Ages 6-22, they loved the kayaks and hot tub. Time spent together was invaluable!

Beautiful lakehouse on Lake Keowee with plenty of room to spread out for large families. We were able to accommodate our large family for the holiday Thanksgiving weekend coming from both Greenville and Atlanta. Plenty of rooms to accommodate 14 people, comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms, two full kitchens, gorgeous lake setting and we all loved the hot tub! Will definitely try to come back again, maybe this time in the summer to enjoy the lake more! Outstanding beautiful home!

Beautiful, spacious and very clean home with peaceful lake views. It accommodated our four couples well. Beds were firm and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire-pit out back and the easy morning drive to Clemson for the football game. We would definitely stay again. Johnny was very helpful and quick to respond. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your home!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very well stocked home! It was so nice to be greeted with snacks, a bottle of wine and keurig cups!! I always bring extra paper towels, garbage bags etc but this house had it all. The layout was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids. I do feel that the outside of the home could use a good power wash!

Our family enjoyed a great stay at this well equipped, well maintained home. Plan on also enjoying the paddle board and kayak provided by the owners. Dock worked well for our family. There is a built-in seat on the end of the dock that is very handy to use for getting on inflatables.

My family loved this property. I don't want to praise it too highly for fear it will get overbooked. :) It was very spacious, everything seemed brand new, beautiful finishes, the best stocked rental we've ever stayed in. The dock was amazing with plenty of space and was outfitted with Trex so no worries about splinters. About 12 ft. depth off the end of the dock. Cove was peaceful and spacious. Beautiful, high-end neighborhood. Of course Lake Keowee is spectacular. Would love to return to Mr. Tong's rental!

After a year long planning for the West Coast Kings to come visit us East Coast Kings we get hit with terrible weather that was not typical for mid June. Thanks to our choice of staying at Johnny's, we had a fabulous time! The hot tub was a HUGE hit and the house had everything we could ask for. In between the rain falls and even during sometimes, the older kids enjoyed the kayaks and had fun fishing of the covered dock. Also we were just a couple turns down the lake to the ramp that made bringing a boat very convenient. We all said we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This home was wonderful. It felt like a home away from home. You could pack a change of clothes and bring groceries and that's all you'd need since any other creature comfort and necessity is provided. The only thing I would recommend bringing is a personal pillow since the ones there are not very comfortable. The hot tub and lake were great. We will definitely be back!

The house and view of the lake are beautiful. Everything needed was there. The kitchens are well stocked with an abundance of dishes and cookware. Everyone enjoyed the lake swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Everyone had a great time and want to come again.

We had a great time at Johnny’s house. The house was right sized for our group with room to spare. Our kids in college loved the hot tub after a day on the lake. I loved the quick access to stamp creek boat ramp and the trailer parking at the neighborhood. The road system in the neighborhood was a 4 mile loop which was a perfect vacation run. House was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would ever need to feed a hungry crew. Would have liked an axe to chop wood but that’s a small detail compared to all that was great about the house. Loved the lake, house, and host. Will return soon!

We had a lovely stay this home. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed! Comfortbale beds, plenty of towels, etc.... Plenty of pots/pans/utensils in the kitchen to cook meals.
The only negative on our trip was that the owners boat is under the dock roof and covered. We brought our boat and while there is plenty of space to tie it off on the sides, it's not covered. It rained 2 days during our stay and I had to pull the boat out of the water because I didn't want it to flood. There are lights and outlets on the dock but they didn't work so I couldn't leave my batteries on and connect my charger for the bilge pump. The house description didn't say his boat would be there, but a caption on one of the pictures kind of says it.... it wasn't clear to us.
This was an inconvenience. Not the end of the world since the ramp is nearby, but not something we were prepared for.
Last thing about the boat.... the driveway is very steep so you can't park your boat/trailer at the house. The neighbor came out and told us about a lot near the neighborhood entrance to park trailers and we did that. It's less than a mile from the house and worked for us.
We had 9 boys ranging from 12-17 and they had a great time. Plenty of space to sleep and they enjoyed the hot tub. The Wi-Fi worked well and having smart TV's was nice to watch movies during the rain.

This property was one of the best maintained and welcoming we've ever stayed in. Johnny was a great host and accommodating for our family weekend. The cove location was relaxing and just what we needed for the busyness of our lives. The home was well-stocked and with the layout could easily be perfect for two families who need separate spaces without sacrificing any amenities. We will go again...which is probably the best review of all!

Beautiful home in a gated community. Johnny was extremely responsive and accommodating from the initial booking until the end of our stay. The lake house was fully stocked and big enough for our group of 12 for my son's graduation from Clemson. I would absolutely recommend renting this property for anyone that wants to getaway and relax for a week whether a small or large group.

The house was inviting from the moment we drove up to it. Once inside, it was open & comfortable. The kitchen was more than fully stocked! This is the first rental I have stayed in that had more than a “starter kit” of dish soap, dishwasher soap & trash bags, etc. Seems small, but that was a pleasant surprise. It was also nice having a grill on the top deck & on the ground level. We enjoyed the hot tub & loved the dock! The kayaks & paddle board were so fun to use. We had a great weekend & look forward to going back!

We rented this home for Easter weekend while visiting family in the area, and it met our needs perfectly. Our two teenager kids had plenty of space to be on their own, yet there were nice gatherings spaces for our family. The house was very clean and well-equipped for just about anything you might need. The view was beautiful and we hope to return when the weather is warmer to enjoy the dock and all the lake has to offer. Johnny was a great host and made the process easy. Highly recommend!

The proximity of the house to the funeral we were attending was convenient. Owner was very accommodating. My daughter's family was driving through the night and would arrive early in the morning. She was able to get in before the check in time. The hot tub was a nice added feature after a stressful day. The driveway was Crazy! We may have forgotten to run the dishwasher. The trim around the exterior door on the inside does need to be cleaned. I would stay here again.

Fantastic house for a large group! Stocked well with everything you need! We stayed for 4 days and never left once! Owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Had a slight issue at check in and Johnny was prompt and responsive to it. We appreciated it! The dock is gorgeous! We enjoyed getting out on the lake - even though it was December! First WoW about the entry driveway.. Next wows are when you notice welcome drink, cookies, lot of house hold items, kitchen items, towels, stuff, bath items etc Next Wows are around when you see lot of books, kids card games etc. Next Wows are when you see downstair kitchen with same amount of stuff here as well. And then list goes on Spa, Items for camp fire etc. The last Wow is when you experience the morning views and/or with kayaks and paddle board.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was over and above expectations. The home was beautiful and very well laid out. Also, decorated for Christmas. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked with all the appliances and utensils we could have needed. The bathrooms were large (loved the clawfoot tub) and even had shampoo and Bodywash. The detergent and dryer sheets that were supplied for washing clothes and the towels were an added treat. The view was absolutely gorgeous. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and even caught a fish. I loved the bottle of wine left on table for us. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful lake home. We had a wonderful time and exceeded all our expectations. We gladly give a 5 plus star review.

Our extended family of 14 spent a beautiful weekend at this beautifully decorated home on Lake Keowee. The space is very comfortable and well stocked with extra towels, sheets, blankets and every kitchen gadget you can think of. It was too cold to use the lake toys but we did enjoy sitting around the fire pit and taking in the pretty view. Would definitely return! The only downside was that the path down to the water is very steep….the grandparents couldn’t make it down there. They were happy to watch from the porch, though.

Our family meets for a reunion every year since we live in MI, CT, UT and FL. This year we chose this beautiful home in Seneca, SC. Every family member was overly impressed with the accommodations and the beautiful setting on the lake. We spent lots of time admiring the lake, swimming and kayaking. There are also many natural attractions fairly close by - parks, waterfalls, mountains, lake views. The very responsible host responded very quickly to all my emails, which helped tremendously. The house was equipped with everything we needed, both upstairs and down! I would highly recommend this house to rent! What a wonderful time we had! Thank you so much Johnny!

What a wonderful location on Lake Keowee! Beautiful property with every amenity - 2 fully stocked kitchens, grill, hot tub, decks for al fresco dining, dock on a quiet cove with access for boating/kayaking/SUPing and swimming! Perfect place for a large family/friend gathering with 6 beds/4.5 baths and bunks. Close to mountain hiking and towns of Clemson, Walhalla, & Seneca. Fabulous memories were made and we hope to visit soon again!
