Nestled in Rosemary Beach, this lovely condo for R 10,959 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Luxurious 3 Bedroom Condo in Seacrest Beach nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Condo has been fully remodeled and professionally decorated throughout with the latest amenities. The Condo sleeps 6-7 comfortably with a King Bed, Queen Bed, and a Bunk Bed with a Full Bed on bottom and Twin Bed on top. Primary bedroom has a work space area that includes a desk with monitor and HDMI cord. Patio fully furnished overlooking 30A. Private Beach access is located a short walk (.25 mile) from the Condo; Tram also available directly from the Village. Condo resides in the family friendly Village of South Walton complex. All guests will have access to 2 Pools and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills available for guests use also located at the pool areas. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry, there is no reason to leave your beach escape. Condo is equipped with 4 beach chairs and 7 beach towels for guest use. Beach chairs and umbrellas can also be rented from the providers located on the beach. Reservation contact info will be provided in guest's welcome packets. Bikes are also available for rent from Peddler's Bikes that is located on the complex property. To say this was amazing is an understatement!! The location, decor, host made this the perfect getaway!! We will be back! Our host made sure the condo was fully stocked and the kids loved the bunk beds!

This was a multigenerational girls’ trip for our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the condo was great, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The large dining table was the perfect place for our nightly games. A special thanks to Kim who was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

Second time we have stayed in this complex and highly recommend!!! Walking distance to everything…. Parked car on check in date and never moved it for 4 days. Condo looks identical to photos, very modern and up to date!

We had a wonderful time visiting 30A. The condo had everything we needed for our family of 4. Very accessible to everything around. We rented bikes and walked to Rosemary and Alys Beach. Our kids loved staying in the bunk bedroom. We would definitely come back!

The property was amazing. Clean. Nice comfortable. Only issue was it was on the second floor. The people above us were so loud and rambunctious. Sounded like gymnast above us. Pictures lamps and mirrors were shaking and vibrataing. Love this place but will likely not rent again due to second floor location. It’s a shame. Great property. Too loud. Sad.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s very clean and nicely renovated. The beach is a short walk away, bike rentals right downstairs and plenty of food/shopping options close by. We will definitely be back!

nice property; convenient to restaurants and shops; the beach was overly crowded where we had access; the adjacent properties were not as congested; i would suggest staying at Waters Edge or Rosemary if you are looking for less crowded beach options

This condo was perfect. Clean, new/renovated, awesome location and very helpful owners. Kim was great to communicate with and everything about the condo was as expected. Beach was easy to get to and Peddlers pavilion is a great spot for dinner with the family. Look forward to returning to this condo next year!

Immaculate! Fantastic location, convenient, great access to beaches and restaurants. The only criticism is that the air conditioning had trouble keeping up with the Florida heat (all doors were closed!). Super!

Just what we needed!

Just what we needed!

We enjoyed a lovely weekend getaway and truly appreciate Kim and Bill opening their FL home to us! The property is located directly on 30A with a short walk to beach access. The condo sits on property that also boasts of shops, restaurants and most importantly, Starbucks. Outside of a quick trip to Publix to pick up snacks, we didn't have to drive anywhere during our stay. Kim and Bill were gracious hosts, communicating prior to and upon our arrival. Their home is beautiful, clean and serene. The furnishings/beds are very comfortable. Thanks, Kim and Bill, for allowing us to stay - we loved every moment!

Great long weekend getaway!

What a great place to stay for a long weekend! We traveled down with our two sons (5 months and 2.5 years) and the place was perfect for what we needed. Easily walkable to restaurants/shops, great patio to sit out on at night, and it had everything we needed to cook in. We enjoyed the private access to the beach as well. Bill and Kim were easy to get a hold of and gave clear check-in and check-out instructions. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Everything is so perfect. From the location to the comfiest beds to the extremely quick communication, this has surpassed all expectations!! Seriously, the best hosts ever! They were extremely accommodating and responded almost always within minutes. Beautiful condo that I hope to come back to!! Book it, you won’t regret it!!!

This was a great condo! Super clean, close to all the 30A attractions {& just a short walk to the beach} Bill & Kim were also exceptional to deal with! I had to make a cancellation & reschedule our trip due to a injury & the they were so accommodating.

Great location between Rosemary and Alys Beach to explore the area. Many shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The condo is clean and equipped with everything needed to feel like home. Beds and bedding are super comfortable. Beach chairs and towels came in handy for the beach. A tram ride or walking across 30A to access the beach was a short distance from the condo. Can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is beautiful and very well located. Just walking distance from the beach, restaurants and town. The place is very well maintained, exactly like the pictures. Great location between Alys and Rosemary beach. Close to everything. Condo is clean and comfortable. Owners are very receptive and respond promptly to any questions or concerns. Great space for a small family. Note the new Starbucks downstairs is the most expensive Starbucks I’ve ever been too!! Average drink is is $2 more than what we’ve ever paid in any state! We weren’t the only customers commenting about the higher prices. Employees told us there 30% higher than the other stores.

This condo is exactly what you need for the perfect family vacation to the beach. It is plenty spacious enough for the whole family with areas to stretch out without feeling like you're on top of one another. The condo itself was recently renovated with all the latest fixtures and furnishings. The bedding and all the extra amenities felt like we were staying at the Ritz. In addition to the impressive condo, what made it even better was how it was in the middle of everything. There's a Starbucks and crepe storefront directly below. In addition, we didn't have to look far for lunch or dinner each night. The beach is just a short walk over with plenty to explore and gaze at along the way. All in all, it was an excellent trip with fantastic communication from Kim & Bill from check-in to check-out. You won't regret staying here!
