Welcome to our home! Practical and conveniently located 4 bedroom flat with all amenities for a comfortable stay. In this apartment can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The city of Porto, one of the city the most famous of Portugal, is known for all of its stately bridges and port wine production. The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto. Nearest subway station: Carolina Michaelis Metro Station (450m); 6min by foot Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (12.7km); 12min by car São Bento Train Station (2.4km); 7min by car Uber is available for download and use in Porto. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Suciedad, deterioro, humedad
Ha sido horrible, nos encontramos detrás del sofá y una de las camas botellas vacías y papeles tirados. Los baños con humedades, en uno de ellos ni siquiera lo podías usar porque el agua se colaba hasta el pasillo y en los demás los sumideros no tragaban. El congelador estaba abierto y roto por la gran cantidad de hielo que se acumulaba. Un completo desatre.

Muy buena ubicación
Lo mejor del apartamento es su ubicación, está muy céntrico, lo que conlleva mucho ruido. El apartamento estaba bastante escaso de artículos de cocina, como ejemplo, éramos 7 personas, y no había ni 7 vasos, alguna de las camas no tenían ni sábanas. En las habitaciones no había ninguna cómoda para dejar ropa pequeña, únicamente un burro con perchas. Uno de los baños se inundaba a la hora de usar la ducha de manera exagerada (lo notifiqué), no sé si lo habrán solucionado. Espero que esta información les sirva para mejorar porque tanto la distribución de la casa como la terraza estaban muy bien.

Mauvais Etat général
Mobilier de jardin cassé et inutilisable, peintures veilles et salles, moisissures, casseroles brulées, store ne fonctionnant pas, fenêtre ne fermant pas, Câbles TV et Box internet trainant sur le sol, ... A éviter tant qu'un rafraichissement complet de cet appartement n'aura pas été réalisé !
