Nestled in Emerald Isle, this attractive house for R 10,826 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. We hope you will find our home to be comfortable & relaxing – “just like home”. We have put many things into this home to make it very enjoyable & a place you want to come back to every year. Just a short walk to the beach access (1 block) will get your toes in the sand in no time! After a long day on the beach, take a stroll down to the point to see the most amazing sunsets. The open floor plan gives you plenty of room for entertaining and spending all your waking hours with family and friends, extra pub table for playing games or working a puzzle and a large kitchen for cooking. Our bedrooms have names to make it a fun place to remember where everyone sleeps – LOL! Ocean Break is the king master with double sinks & a walk-in tiled shower. Flo’s room (name derived after a Flamingo) has a queen bed, master bath attached, double sinks & a tub/shower inset. Want a peaceful quiet atmosphere? Go to The Palm room for that serine feeling. Sheer white drapes adorn this queen bedroom giving you the feel of being in the islands with the wind blowing. Our Tiki Room is the most colorful and perfect for kids. Flamingo Point is just minutes from all Emerald Isle has to offer with many types of restaurants, bike trails, and other fun activities for the whole family to enjoy. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property description was accurate in all respects. Check-in/out was very easy. Location was excellent. We're at the beach to be at the beach, so cannot remark on restaurants, etc., but location is very close to necessary shopping.

We had a great anniversary weekend! House was very well equipped with beach and kitchen gear…. Even Doggie bowls and treats . Very clean and just a short walk to the beach. We highly recommend !

The property was perfect for a quick trip to the island. The location is great for short walks to the beach for sun and the point for sunsets! The interior is recently updated and was comfortable for our group. We would stay here again if we needed an off-season rental (no pool). If it had a pool & fence, it would be a near perfect rental!

Booked property for a ladies beach weekend. The home was spacious and inviting. The home and surrounding yard were well kept. We had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. All of us commented on how perfect it would be for a family stay.

Uncleaned rental upon arrival. Property manager was duked by cleaners. Property manager was very responsive. However our primary complaint was due to bug encounters. Property manager claimed homeowner was aware of our concern. Homeowner claimed to not have all the details. Bug guy confirmed our concerns and did his best to beat the beast. Either way we dealt with this issue everyday but one. Not ok! Very unpleasant experience. We paid money to work harder & smarter during our stay. Beautiful home but not so cute to over look all the guests present.

I've stayed at several beach houses over the years but this was the best. Super clean, comfortable, and kid friendly. Close to the beach and plenty of yard and porch both front and back. Tons of beach gear, sand toys, buggie boards, chairs and wagon made for great beach outings. I've never stayed at a place so well supplied with extras such as milk frother, 2 coffee makers, toaster etc. We did not want for anything. I would gladly stay here many times more. Thanks for a wonderful week.

We spent a week in June at The Point with our two adult children and our four-year-old grandson. The house is very well appointed, with two separate sleeping areas containing two bedrooms each, plenty of bathrooms to go around, and a kitchen that included everything we needed for cooking (the few times we cooked). The beach is a short walk away, though the beach itself is so deep at this end of the island that there is quite a hike over the sand to reach the water. This means plenty of space to spread out and no feeling of crowding, even in prime vacation season. The house has two wagons, which made taking supplies to the beach and back again relatively easy. There were also lots of sand toys to play with. We had a really wonderful time and this home made everything easy!

Former duplex converted into nice 4 bedroom house with central great room and well supplied kitchen. Beach access is a short walk (just around the block which is closer than local parking lot). Washer and dryer in locked room under the house. Nice (not creepy) outdoor shower. Pet food bowls and tie outs at house, but best pet feature are the sliding gates for front and back porch. Plenty of games and puzzles in case weather keeps you indoors, and a TV in every bedroom. We prefer the quieter life out on the point, and really enjoyed this home.

This is prime location! 2 min walk from public beach access, traffic is minimal, super quiet, easy to get to, but close enough to restaurants and grocery stores. The only issue were the beds, pretty uncomfortable. It is not fenced in (which to me is nice) but there are two long leashes that you can use and the decks have gates you can close. Plenty of parking for 5-6 vehicles. This place is a gem. We will definitely be returning (if the mattresses get replace, 😂). Overall though, two thumbs up and 5 out of 5 stars.

We had a wonderful experience at the “pink house”. The house was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed cooking many dinners in the kitchen. The open layout was perfect for our toddler & dog to run around. Very easy walk to beach access & host had graciously shared everything we needed (wagon, toys, chairs)! We loved walking to the point and watching the evening sunset. Beautiful home & great location!

This was the perfect house for my family's beach vacation in Emerald Isle! Great house which fit all of our needs. We loved the big open concept for family time and watching the grandchildren. It was nice that each bedroom had their own bath ( except for the children’s). The kitchen was well stocked and the extras like 2 beach wagons were so nice. Also great that it is pet friendly since our golden retriever is part of our family. We will return again!

We found this house at the last minute for a long weekend getaway with our dog, and it was just what we needed. It has been recently remodeled, and is decorated with a fresh coastal vibe. The owner provided so many things, like starters on all the things you have to bring to other properties (e.g. dish soap, trash bags, paper towels), beach items like chairs, and even a couple of bikes to use. The walk to the beach was quick, and the point was beautiful. We highly recommend this property.

This was the best place we’ve ever stayed. Newly renovated and has everything you need for your stay! Even had beach equipment available to use to make the beach even more enjoyable. And the beach access is right around the corner and this end of the beach is quiet and spacious, perfect for our busy toddler to enjoy. We stayed for 5 nights but wished we had booked more! We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Emerald Isle.
