My husband and I were excited for a weekend away and this location looked perfect. When we checked in we immediately noticed the shower and kitchen sink had not been cleaned at all. I messaged the host right away via the App and a few minutes later I also sent a text to the external number provided (around 4:30pm). I received no response from either message and my husband & I ultimately cleaned the remainder of the unit as needed. I waited until the next morning around 11am to message the hosts again via both platforms to advise we finished cleaning the unit and were disappointed with the communication. The host tried to make excuses claiming the unit was clean and it was hard water stains until I sent photos.
Ultimately I wanted to give this unit 5 stars but can’t given the lack of communication and the unit only being partially clean.
On a positive note everything is new in the unit, the stairwell and hallway is clean, well lit and quiet, the bed was comfortable and the unit gives you enough space to relax. Note: the A/C is loud so if you are a light sleeper you may need ear plugs. Street parking was easy and we were close to the river.

This was a perfect place for us to stay. Clean and cozy. Location was ideal for us. We were able to walk just about everywhere! Will definitely be back!

We stayed for a quick weekend with family…place was so cute - very clean and fresh, well stocked, the bed was super comfortable. No complaints at all - would definitely recommend this unit! Communication with owner was also very good!

This property was an awesome location for enjoying Wabasha. We were in walking distance to shops, food, drinks, and the river. The small town feel and comfort of our stay were both relaxing and refreshing!

The rental was clean and comfortable and the sheets and bedding were fantastic ! We enjoyed a few restaurants within walking distance and found some really challenging bike routes.

This place is as clean and attractive as it is in the listing. The location is perfect for exploring Wabasha and the National Eagle Center. It was a very comfortable place to stay and the bed and amenities were perfect. Actually wish we had spent more time in the place but were so busy exploring. We loved our time in the area with highlights being the Suncrest Gardens Pizza Farm (a must if you are in town on the weekend), Villa Bellezza if you enjoy wine...feels like Italy, the National Eagle Center and exploring the towns of Stockholm, Pepin and of course, Wabasha. Great spot for exploring all the great parts of the area.

This was a great place to stay. New and up to date. Perfect location. We were able to walk to everything downtown. Needed very little contact with owners, but when we did, they were responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall Great Stay
Great spot to stay in an awesome little town. There's quite a bit of fun things to do in Wabasha, especially in the Fall. Our stay overall was very good. Slight parking challenge, but nothing that couldn't be overcome. Good value for the price.

Had a hard time finding the place. Apple Maps takes you past the Eagle center. Maybe the street numbers on the door could be larger. Also parking in front of the place is 2 hour limit, maybe inform people that they should go around the corner in front of Stacy’s

This beautiful apartment has everything! It was very clean and well-appointed with several thoughtful amenities, including quality cookware, dishes and appliances in a fully stocked kitchen. The bed was soooo comfortable. We loved the premium towels and linens provided as well. We stayed over a busy holiday weekend, yet the hosts were accessible and responsive. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. We had the pleasure and fun of enjoying the graduating senior class parade downtown, what a welcoming community!The beautiful location felt like we had stepped into a picture-perfect Hallmark movie. The apartment is located in the historic downtown and is within short (like one minute!) walking distance to wonderful shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. We enjoyed nightly walks by the water. What a gem - we will definitely return.
