We had a great time during our stay in Branson. Your home was just perfect for our family at 16 and a great place to accommodate our family units. The kids absolutely loved the bunkbeds! Thanks for having the well equipped kitchen for your guests. We shared some nice meals together here and it was nice to have all the amenities. The game table was perfect for the 10 and 11 year olds, and we also put together a puzzle as well. The pool was great for the kids to play and the adults to cool down. The one maintenance issue we had got resolved quickly and efficiently. We had a great time! No one wanted to leave. It was a nice way to relax and celebrate getting together for my parents’s 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Thank you so much!

House was great - plenty of space.Kids loved the pool table. Only two issues we had were no extra toilet paper/paper towels and the ice machine wasn’t working correctly. There had been some type of meltdown before we got there and I had to chisel out the ice canal. It happened again during the stay. The bedding was great and there were plenty of towels.

Mark and Antonia were super hosts. everything was just as pictured and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The weather was unfortunate and they were extremely accommodating. we will definitely return to this property!

Amazing house. Accommodated our large family with ease. The kids loved having their own space to hang out in the loft/ game area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals at the house and prepare for our daily adventures out in Branson. We went to several attractions Dolly Parton stampede and the Reza manic show were amazing. The kids loved “catching” butterflies at the rainforest and butterfly palace as well. Beds at the cabin were comfortable and there were plenty of well stocked bathrooms for everyone to use. The driveway was a bit steep but easily overcome with parking in reverse to load and unload. The community pool was great with 2 areas for the kiddos to swim and have fun on the slide. There is also a splash pad area for the ones who didn’t want to swim. We didn’t use the community club house except for the bathroom while we were at the pool. Overall it was a great place for our family to gather and have a little vacation/ celebration together. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was exactly as advertised. We had a fairly large group from infants to seniors and it worked for all of us. The two downstairs bedrooms are perfect if you have seniors that can't climb stairs. The kitchen was well appointed and has seating for everyone at meal time. Communication was excellent and check in and check out was very easy. I would definitely stay again!

We had a terrific spring break family getaway! House was perfect. Plenty of rooms, clean and had everything you could need. We enjoyed the hot tub, board games and time together. The only thing we would change if we could is that the driveway was super steep. Literally nothing the homeowner can do about that though. Highly recommend this rental.

We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again. The house is well laid out, beautifully decorated, and in a nice location. We'd recommend bringing extra towels for the hot tub, as we had to wash laundry twice to have enough bath towels to use. Also, would like to see lights in the closets, better pillows, and pillow top on mattresses. But those are just suggestions and did not take away from the house at all. The steep driveway and front walk were hard on my mom, but we managed. Overall, nicely appointed home with spacious rooms and high quality furnishings. Great house and would stay again!

We had a group of eight and there was plenty of room. I would recommend this house and would stay here again. The pool table was booked every minute we were in the house, but the hot tub was superb!

House was perfect size for our family of 11. Kids loved bunk room. Lots of beds and room for everyone to spread out. Really enjoyed our stay. Only problem we had was the key pad entry. It only worked about 1/3 of the week that we stayed.

Having plenty of seating was important to us and this house met just about every need. This was our first experience with VRBO and it couldn’t have been better. Mark was kind and helpful from start to finish, and the home was perfect for our large group ranging from grandma and grandpa down to our one year old. It’s a beautiful, well furnished/stocked home in a convenient location for accessing the attractions we wanted to attend. It’s clear Mark and his wife are intent on making the stay pleasant and easy for their guests!

The property is beautiful and clean. We were able to check in an hour sooner to get to our meeting. But once we checked in we were informed that grill and hot tub were not functionable. There is a coffee maker but no coffee, I had asked numerous times and they said there was. The key pad to get in the home is very hard to work, it took over 20 mins each time to get back in the home. Also, to get ahold of anybody is impossible with any questions or problems. If you plan to bring a boat, don't stay here! There is no place on property or close to park the boat.
