We booked this house for a group of 7 consisting of kids, adults and grandparents. The house is beautiful and on a very quiet street. The pictures don’t really do the house justice. It was very comfortable, relaxing and there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, etc… for our week long stay. The artwork and decor of the house was stunning. The house is located very close to Costco so that made it convenient to get what we needed for our stay. It was also centrally located to visit surrounding towns like Todos Santos and San Jose del Cabo. Visiting the Marina in downtown Cabo was also very fun. The kids loved the pool and we spent many days swimming and lounging around the house. Highly recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed our two week stay. The house was very comfortable. We had our adult children stay for a portion of the time and our oldest daughter brought our grandchildren. Sorry for the hand prints on the glass at knee height. The house was great and had all the amenities. It was also good to see that a number of new restaurants had openned in the area. The access road is a bit tedious but wasn't a real issue. The only negative was that I used the club house exercise room daily for the first week and a half but was refused access for the last 4 days because apparently this part of Las Ventanas is no longer contributing to the club house upkeep. Otherwise no complaints.

The house was a perfect fit for our entire family. From the different rooms that fit all 11 of us comfortably and spaciously. From enjoying playing card game on our first rainy day, to enjoying the pool and grill on our sunny afternoons. I am so glad we found this beautiful house to be able to celebrate our moms 70th bday all together in beautiful Cabo.

To start off, we love the location of the property. It was about 15 mintues from the marina and all local attractions.The check in was really easy. The home is beautiful and well set up. My kids enjoyed the pool and community pool as well. Rooms are very spacious, the living and dinning fit our family just fine. It really fit a big family.

Loved loved loved everything about this property. Close to Costco and an Oxxo. Very short drive to the beaches. Beautiful view. We had our family reunion here and the rooms worked out perfect for the individual families. The pictures just don’t do justice. The owners were great on communication when we reached out to them. We would love to stay here again in the future! Thank you for opening your home to our family!

We had an amazing stay. Teresa and Juan Cortez were amazing replying instantly any question, before arrival, during stay and after. Took quick action for our requests. Jenni the property manager very kind and helpful. The house is so pretty well equipped with everything you will need. Very spacious, we were 5 kids and 7 adults and every couple with with had their own bedroom and bathroom. Confortable beds, we had enough towels for bath and beach. The kids enjoyed the pool, they had toys to play with, inflatables for little kids, so you can really have a good time. Everything was perfect no regrets.

The house exceeded our expectations! There was so much space, the private pool, roof top, etc. The only downside is that it is a little far from everything so we had to uber everywhere but it all worked out and everyone enjoyed the stay.

My group of 10 ladies had a wonderful time at this property! The views were amazing, it was a short, easy uber ride into town, and the community was lovely. I would absolute consider this property again for my next trip to Cabo.

This new, modern villa has a stunning ocean view and great amenities. The bedroom and bath arrangements were very comfortable for our group of 8 adults. The kitchen is large, with modern appliances, and is well stocked with cooking and eat for a refreshing dip! The pool deck is well appointed with furniture, hammocks, pool toys and a grill, with a doorway into the lower bedroom area. Other amenities included a second grill on the roof deck, a smoker grill and washer/dryer. We appreciated the security of the gated community and felt the location favorable to the places we wanted to go. Liked the convenience of nearby Costco. Our group was very pleased with the villa and would highly recommend it. Only suggestion is to add towel racks in the bathrooms.

This was by far the best home we have stayed among of all the homes we have rented. They have everything we needed. Juan and Teresa are great for answering questions and directions. The location of their home can’t be any better for views and convenience to get to beach or shopping. The house is on top of the hill with other subdivisions. Rental car is the best way to get around. Take directions from Teresa instead of google map or Waze, it will take you to a dirt road which will still get to the house but not as smooth. It was such pleasure to stay at Juan and Teresa’s beautiful home, will definitely come back!

My husband and I celebrated our Wedding Anniversary with our family. We have been to Cabo many times and this was our first time renting a house instead of staying at a resort. The house met all our expectations! It was clean and the perfect size for our group. The view cant be beat of the famous arch. The pool was great for entertaining the kids. It was close to town and conveniently near a costco which helped with our families needs. The owners were very attentive and answered any questions we had. Our whole group had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

We loved the location We had plenty of room. Teresa was the best with communicating with us the entire trip if we needed any questions answered. We went deep sea fishing one day Pisces’s sport fishing the best ever. Ask for Mario he will set u up with everything. Then we did yachting one day with Pisces too. It was great family experience Then one day we went to todos santos. Hotel California and shopped. The house was perfect to downtown. We cooked at home and ate out at Edith’s. Fun times. We will ba back again and stay here

This rental is absolutely gorgeous! We were a large family and everyone was extremely pleased. The view is gorgeous. We felt right at home with all the basic necessities for our cooking needs. The location is right we’re we wanted within driving distance to beaches, groceries and entertainment. Host was easy to contact in a timely manner. We will definetly be back !

We had a great time on our trip. The house was very nice and comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool was perfect for our little kids. The place was very well stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes, towels, etc. We even used the outside kitchen/grill. The property manager Jenni was super helpful for stuff that we needed as well!

If you want a vacation that you have nothing to worry about but relaxing, then this is it! The property is amazing. Anything you might need is there. The owners are very quick to respond with any questions you have. When I book a place I alwasy want to know certain things and one is...are the beds comfortbale- YES. You have to be able to have a goods night sleep to enjoy your vacation. They have two water tanks so we had no issue with enough water and there were 8 of us. Now you can't take a long shower like you might at home..this is Mexico and water is expensive. But we had no issues. Our friends and family all said it was the best vacation they have ever had. 4 of the 8 had never been to Cabo and said it was the best place. The house has an amazing view and the pool is perfect. We will 100% go back to this house again...can't wait for it :) Thanks again!!

Everything went very easy with check in, the host was very helpful, and the view of San Lucas is incredible! The home was very clean and looked new, the outdoor area was very comfortable, and the interior was well furnished! Overall great place to stay if you want to be out side of town and have some privacy!

Not within walking distance of any of the main attractions, but the area is safe and friendly and best of all quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended, it had all the amenities we needed. Our family rented this property for 3 weeks in January 2022. The house is absolutely beautiful and well laid out for a group of family and friends. We enjoyed our Christmas in Cabo 2021. The location was perfect and the view was outstanding. The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was a little cold, but we still managed to have fun in it! There were plenty of things to cook with and it was a bonus to have Costco right down the street. The owners were easy to communicate with too. Always responsive. We hope to come back again soon!
