About this house rental
Situated in Surfside Beach, this lovely house for R 3,444 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Seashore’s Sandbar is a five-bedroom, four-bath beach house located 0.3 miles west of Surfside Pier. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Six TVs (LG Smart TV in living room) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include three king, one queen, and two double-sized beds, plus one queen-sized sofa bed. Outdoor amenities include a private 18.5-by-11.5-foot swimming pool (5-foot deep), pool furniture, covered porch, and shower with hot and cold water. This property is a duplex. Motorcycles permitted. Trailers permitted. Golf carts permitted. Owner will reimburse guests up to $150 off golf cart rental on reservations of seven nights or more. Limited to one golf cart per reservation. No smoking. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district. Great place. Great location. We were only there for a few days for a wedding and 3 couples stayed there and it fit our needs well. Pool was having a few issues, and we didn't know we had to ask ahead of time for it to be heated, so with the cool snap it was unusable....and the linen package didn't fit the size of bed one of us had, but they brought us new ones as soon as they could. But these were minor inconveniences.

The house was really nice fitted our size family well but there was to many bugs and traps considering we had 3 small kids and the oven was dirty for it to be a new stove didn’t have enough sheets for king size beds and to many for queen size but made do

Great house with short walk to the beach. We take our extended family somewhere every year and this was one of our favorites. This house was great for everyone to hang out in and had enough cooking supplies to actually cook for everyone. Short couple blocks to the beach with minimal traffic and easy walk to restaurants as well. The only downside was the pool was a bit smaller than we were used too, not big enough to swim laps or have a deep end, but still big enough for us to play around it and lounge. Beach in this area was very clean, clear water when we went. We only had one issue with a toilet needing repair and the company responded immediately to my email and had someone out within a couple hours. Overall great stay.

Fantastic location, quiet area away from the busy pier and relaxing Atmosphere. The only thing we would change is the slippery pool deck, broken deck fencing and unsafe grey lounge chair area. Screws were popping up from the boards and they were unsafe for any adult or child to walk on. We were not able to utilize the space due to these concerns.

The house was fabulous! There were 9 adults for a week and everyone had plenty of space and we had a blast. The best part was that our motorcycles and trailers were allowed. It is very hard to find any type of place that will accept both and that is the main reason we booked this house. Even without bikes, you can't go wrong booking this house!

Property was generally okay. Space was great! Not far from the beach at all and amazing neighborhood. Close to everything we had wanted to be around. Huge concern, bugs. There were MANY surrounding the property and unfortunately quite a few inside the property alive and dead. Doesn’t look like those that are in charge of cleaning the property are doing too well. Overall the stay was decent.

This home was wonderful and perfect for our big family! The only complaint I heard was that the pillows could use replacing but not a huge deal. My boys loved the pool (despite being cool days and not heated), but kids are resilient! The only call I needed to make was a suddenly leaky kitchen sink and they came immediately and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Couldn’t ask for more! We appreciated getting the $150 cash toward our golf cart rentals. We had an amazing trip and the house was fantastic! For us, the thing that pushed us toward this house was the three king beds. That’s very hard to find and much appreciated! We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Kitchen amenities were fantastic! All we needed to bring was the food. Kids loved the pool (not heated) and the adults enjoyed watching from the pool chairs and balcony.

cleanliness and maintenance
Location to beach was three blocks as promised. Pool area was very adequate. We enjoyed it a lot. Kitchen was well equipped.
General cleanliness was okay however there many stains on stair carpet, dusty blinds, and heavy dust on ceiling fans.
Request for maintenance was very good however neither the refrig ice maker or the free standing ice maker were functioning at any time

This property was just as advertised. It's very spacious. The pool was great. I wish the bathroom downstairs was a two sink one instead of one, but was fine. It is back 3 roads from the ocean but not a bad walk. Would definitely stay there again.
