Located within minutes of Hanford, shopping, including many restaurants, Target, Marshalls and so much more! Enjoy a day floating or boating on the stunning Columbia, Snake or Yakima Rivers or golf on one of our 10 manicured golf courses taking in one of our 300 days of sun! Located within 50 miles of 200 amazing wineries! Spend the day wine tasting from winery to winery within minutes of this beautiful home. This property is family owned and run by my husband and I. Our mission is to provide an incredibly comfortable and wonderful experience as your home away from home. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal. AMENITIES Immaculately clean! 4 bedroom home, sleeps 8. . Sits on 1/3 acre, so plenty of place for the kids to roam. Living Room: Open and sunny, with couch and 2 comfy chairs and a gas fireplace. Kitchen: Modern, with new stainless appliances, gas oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, large pantry, quartz countertops, large island for entertaining with breakfast bar and plenty of cookware and dishware to service 8 people. Laundry Room: Full size front loading Washer & Dryer (Detergent & Fabric Softener Provided). Mudroom bench off of 3 car garage. 4 Bedrooms: Feature a comfortable King size bed, 1 Queen bed and 4 Twin beds. Modern furniture. High quality Bamboo linens throughout with highly rated memory foam/gel mattresses. Owner's suite has an electric fireplace. 2 Bathrooms: 1 Hall Bath with tub/shower combo and an owners en-suite bath with walk-in shower, private water closet, huge walk-in closet and double sinks. Entertainment: 50” 4k UHD Roku flat panel Smart TV in living room and 39" LED HD flat panel Fire Smart TV on a swivel mount in owner's suite. Also, high speed internet. Family board games, magazines and books. Outdoor Features: Comfortable Covered Patio with Chairs & Table, views of Candy Mountain and landscaped, fully-fenced back yard Central heat and A/C throughout Located in a quiet neighborhood. Suitability: Children welcome Pets welcome, with $100 pet fee No smoking on premises. A Ring video doorbell is installed on front door and will be on during your stay. Comfortable beds, nice layout and clean well maintained home. We had a family Christmas gathering and it suited us well. A few minor issues but they were addressed promptly. Thanks for a great time!

Stayed here for our annual wine tour with a group of friends. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy drive to many wineries. House is newer and very clean with every amenity needed. Master bed/bathroom is wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Host responds almost immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful large, new home. Very comfortable and all that we needed and then some was there to make our stay even better. Communication with owner was excellent. Nice neighborhood.
The only minor negatives was a few of the frying pans should be replaced as they are really scratched up and worn out. The neighbor behind us played loud music this a.m. But otherwise I highly recommend this great property and especially if you have pups with the nice fenced yard. We will stay again in the future for sure. Thanks again for letting us stay there.

The home was very clean and fit our family perfectly. Owners were great and responded very quickly if I had a question. Backyard was nice and big for our dogs to play in.

Pros: This was a girls wine weekend for us so lots of tasting rooms close by. The house was very clean and had a nice layout. The neighborhood is very quiet. The back patio is a nice place to sit and have coffee in the morning or a glass of wine later on.
Cons: We love to cook and the kitchen definitely lacked quality utensils, plates, bowls, etc. One of the rooms with the twin beds has super uncomfortable beds. It felt like sleeping on concrete. I had a backache after a couple nights. Others reported their beds were ok. Some rooms have black out shades but others do not. They are really needed. The neighborhood isn’t super walkable - If you want to walk for any length of time you’re probably better off driving somewhere. There’s no recycling there either.
Overall it was a decent place to stay but needs more items for the advertised 8 people accommodations. For instance, we only had 5 of us but used all of the dishwasher tabs provided. Supplies seemed sparse like toilet paper, etc.

This was our second stay in this home. It’s the first place we look for availability when visiting Tri-cities. The house is clean and comfortable. Excellent location! Easy to get to. The owner responds very quickly. When we arrived, we noticed some of the fencing was down. Apparently, there was a wind storm the day before. The owner hadn’t realized there was fence damage and I don’t blame them. I don’t expect them to visit their rental house every day! But it needed to get fixed since we had our dog with us. The owner had the fence fixed within an hour and I felt very comfortable letting our dog in the yard. This is a terrific house!

What an amazing find! Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful! Super clean, so inviting, excellent for family! We wished we could have stayed longer with our family! We were in town for a wedding- excellent location! Close enough to stores like Walmart and Target but far enough that it was super quiet! The yard was great for our little dogs but could easily accommodate larger dogs! Check in and check out very easy, communication with host excellent. Would respond quickly to any questions we had! The only thing I would suggest is to have booties to put on shoes as you are coming in and out when arriving and leaving! The carpet is so beautiful I hated walking on it with my shoes!! This home is truly a gem! Highly highly recommend!!

I was traveling to Kennewick with my 2 small doggies and needed a place that allowed pets and had a fenced yard. This place was excellent. Very nice home with a fully enclosed back yard in a very quite neighborhood.. Communication with the host was great

We were thrilled with our experience here! The home is super clean and comfortable and had everything on hand that we needed and more. The location is also excellent, as it’s close to shopping and restaurants, as well as Howard Amon Park (so beautiful!). The hosts are friendly and excellent communicators and provided a very comprehensive list of attractions to check out in the area. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Relaxing stay in West Richland
Such a great day once again in West Richland. Property is close to enjoy Candy and Badger mountains. Easy biking just about anywhere. Enjoyed the backyard in the evenings. Communication is top notch. All around a perfect experience! Nice extra with the complimentary bottle of wine and breakfast items in the refrigerator. Looking forward to coming back.

The house is new and the owners are doing a great job at maintaining it. It was VERY clean. Great location and easy to get around. Lots of restaurant's and a Target nearby.
We will be back the the Tri-Cities for a graduation in 2024 and plan on reserving this house or another house that the owners might have around the same loccation.

Nice place for a short stay. 4 stars because it’s not perfect it’s nice but with issues if you really wanted to feel like you could “live” there / which for me is why you rent a house not a hotel —- The kitchen could use an upgrade on essentials and the bar stools are not the right size to sit at the island. There isn’t much sitting in the living room or kitchen table. Sleeps way more then could sit comfortably. A BBQ grill would be nice because the little table top grill isn’t really useful. If you aren’t interested in network or cable TV great but it’s all apps so no sports or shows on HGTV.

Comfortable and clean
The home was clean, well equipped, and easy to get to. It felt much nicer and safer than a hotel. We would definitely stay here again. It was cold when we stayed so we did not try out any of the outdoor furniture or barbecue.
