Nestled in Kitty Hawk, this lovely condo for R 3,973 per night is a great option for your next break. Sound side garden one level condo centrally located in Kitty Hawk OBX. There is a beautiful Olympic size community pool with deck chairs and lounges, basketball and tennis courts. It is a short drive to a public beach access (approximately 1 mile)! This one level ,no stairs condo ( one step to enter home) is attractively decorated with coastal décor. It has a open floor plan- light and airy with a comfortable living room with upgraded queen sleeper sofa ,flat screen smart tv-streaming using your account( this is for all the tv's) or enjoy free options dining room -seats four ,fully equipped kitchen with counter eating area for two and laundry area . Owners bedroom with comfortable queen size bed, flat screen smart tv and private en suite. Guest suite with comfortable queen size bed, flat screen smart tv and bathroom attached. Private fenced patio to enjoy in the morning with your coffee, returning from the beach , refreshing pool or in the evening with a glass of wine. Four burner Gas grill to cook your favorite meal ( please clean after it cools so another guest may enjoy) For safety ensure the propane gas is turned off at the cooktop and the tank. Condo is ideal for a small family or vacationing with close friends. This condo is in a prime location. It is centrally located to the beach ,the sound, the Wright Brothers Memorial, shopping, golf and restaurants. A short drive for a day trip to Duck ,Corolla, Hatteras Island or Manteo. Special Notes: No Pets ! No Smoking ! No events ,parties or large gatherings Linens are included in your rental ( bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths ,bed linens including pillows) Kitchen towels and hot pad. Please bring beach towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival (except queen sleeper sofa),starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, bathroom soap, laundry pods and dish detergent. Fireplace is non operational Condo is cleaned between guests according to CDC guidelines which include disinfecting all high touch surfaces e.g counters ,handles, light switches, tv remotes etc. Check in and check out with no person contact. All bed linens and towels are washed in hot water that's at least 60 degrees Celsius/140 degrees Fahrenheit. We hope you treat our home as you would your own Simple clean up Guidelines : Remove all trash from home and take to dumpster at the end of street Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn on.. Return any moved furniture or items back to the original place Remove any sand outside after a day at the beach Please return home to how it was on arrival. Please note end of May through first week of September this is a Friday arrival. Avoid the traffic! Seven day minimum stay end of May through first week in September. *New 2 day minimum other times- If not booked please send a message for consideration of less than seven day minimum. Prefect for our quick trip to the OBX with the kids. Great split floor plan, updated, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Well stocked kitchen with ample necessary supplies. Centrally located to all the stuff and an easy hop to the beach. Highly recommend!

My son and I had a Wonderful time staying in this beautiful home! The host, Mrs. Dianne was outstanding! She was very sweet, professional, genuinely cared about us being comfortable and recommended great places to eat, shop and tour! The home was VERY CLEAN (which I loved), well equipped with everything we needed and the location was PERFECT! The home is minutes away from EVERYTHING - the beach, shops, department stores and many delicious restaurants! I will definitely come back to stay and highly recommend this beautiful home to everyone!!! Thanks so much Mrs. Diane for a wonderful stay!!!

We had an amazing family time in Kitty Hawk. Place was very clean, enough space for a family of four. Good location, nice pool area. We would come back for sure!!

2 BR w/bathrooms, on opposite sides of the unit, allowing late sleepers to be uninterrupted by early risers. Fully stocked kitchen. Television in each room. Nice location—near Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and guarded beaches. Had nearby lightning strike, frying our modem. Host couldn’t have been more apologetic (not her fault!), and gave us a small credit for the inconvenience, even though we managed, with hotspots.

A little dark- we had to open the front door to let some light in. Comfortable bedrooms and everything supplied that we needed. No view as situated on the ground floor and consequently experienced some noise from the upstairs residents

We thoroughly enjoyed our first time to the OBX . Staying in Kitty Hawk was the perfect location. It was close to Publix and some wonderful restaurants. Would highly recommend this property to vacationers that want to be close to all the major attractions within that area.

Our little family of three had a great experience. Accommodations were very clean and the location was convenient to public beach access and many restaurants. Host was great and communicated any necessary information before and during the trip. Patio had great afternoon/evening shade and well maintained furniture and grill.

This property had exactly what we were looking for! Great location to restaurants- fabulous options. With a young toddler, close activities were a must, so the pool with small playground and enclosed patio were key. Thanks for a great stay!

We came in much later than we had expected and were happy to see the nice place with a great location. We were able to get to the beach, see the Wright brothers museum, and the feral horses on the beach. Somehow the internet went out at one point, but the owners took care of it very quickly. Great responsiveness from the property manager/owner. Thank you for the experience.

Loved the layout, furnishings, and space for our own things. Very clean, pleasant decor and carpet in bedrooms felt brand new. Communication before, during, and after our stay was easy. The location was central to the activities that we came for— wild horse tour, Jockey’s Ridge, lighthouses, Roanoke Island museum, mini golf and ice cream (loved Surfin’ Spoon). Definitely recommend this home!

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for my family. The pool was really nice and the lady who checked us in at the pool was a sweet heart. The upstairs neighbor was nice too. It all went smoothly. We went to the wright brothers museum, the aquarium, and even made a day to go to Hatteras and stopped at the lighthouses. We will keep it saved for future visits!

If you want a beautifully, beach themed decorated home away from home... this is it. The neighborhood is quiet, yet conveniently located to get to anything from restaurants, grocery store, beach, fishing pier, etc ... within 5 - 10 minutes. There were 4 of us .. age ranging from 27 to 81 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were down to attend a wedding; however we enjoyed our time so much, we hope to make this trip again soon (hopefully annually).
