Traditional family home in the perfect North Shore location! Home is right across from the Lake, less than 2 miles from Sledding Park, centrally located for easy access to either Northstar or Palisades, and just minutes to the North shore’s casinos, restaurants and nightlife! What more could one want? This spacious home has comfortable sleeping space for 13 and all bedrooms have their own bathroom. Repeat: All bedrooms come with their own bathroom plus a half bath off the living area! This is a huge bonus when traveling with numerous families! The living room is large and features a cozy L-shaped couch and a new flat-screen TV with cable and internet streaming capabilities. The high ceilings, large windows and open floor plan create a sense of warmth and comfort. There’s even a gas fireplace to cozy up to on those chilly winter nights. There are 2 tables for dining just off the kitchen. There’s also an office area in the living room for those who work on the road. The front deck is the ideal place to unwind. There is a private hot tub, patio seating and even a view of Lake Tahoe. All this while the sun shines on the half-acre lot, ready for sledding and snowball fights in the winter or croquet and corn-hole in the summer. Or start an epic game of table tennis in the attached garage. The back deck off the kitchen offers even more space to enjoy the sunshine while grilling up a great meal. It’s located just off the large kitchen and dining area. Kitchen features tons of counter space, two full-sized sinks and brand new stainless appliances including a 5-burner gas range and dishwasher. Home has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have queen beds and on-suite bathrooms. The Primary suite boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, new flat-screen TV and an on-suite bathroom w/jetted tub and separate shower (only bedroom on the upper floor). The 4th bedroom also has an on-suite bath and houses 2 queen beds. The last bedroom has 1 twin and 1 pyramid bunk bed (1 twin & 1 full/double on bottom) and use of the full bath in the hallway. We just loved this place! Such a great hangout area upstairs with a big couch to fit everyone! Two dining areas. We felt so comfortable here and had plenty of room for everyone! Great location, close drive to Incline Village. Close access to restaurants, beach, and shopping.

We stayed her with both sets of grandparents, a number of friends (cycling through during the stay) and four children under 7. The house and layout provided more than enough room so we never felt on top of each other. It also has a big fenced front yard with cornhole, ping pong tables, and other games that can be brought out from the garage. The house is a short drive from Kings Beach, the playground, the Safeway, and the main strip of bars and restaurants. That said, it’s less than 5 minutes walk to the public beach across the way. Once we discovered that, we kept going back there and we’re able to run back across the street to the house to replenish snacks and beverages and avoid having to use the portapotty at the beach. Also, one of the recent reviews complained about the BBQ so I called in advance of our stay to follow up. The management company assured me it had been replaced and in fact it had been. We enjoyed our stay so much that I called to extend by two days, having noticed the property was available on VRBO. The price listed was substantially less than what we had paid when originally booked. Not only did the management company accommodate but they offered an even lower price than what was listed online. We definitely plan on returning next summer.

Overall nice. it was a little bummer that we couldn't really use the BBQ that we had planned to use a lot. The front door doesn't lock and we were a little concerned leaving the house unsecure.

We enjoyed our rental experience. House suited our family size well. Very convenient to Lake and beach access, essentially across the street. We rented a boat with captain from across the street that was a highlight of the trip. Saw a bear one morning walk through the vacant lot next door. Recommend having beach supplies available (like chairs). Wi-fi kept dropping. Management company was excellent and very responsive.

Perfect location, beautiful property.
We loved the layout! This is a beautiful property. The housekeeping was lacking, however. There were used makeup towels in the bathrooms and the throw rugs were in need of washing. There was hair in one of the bathtubs. I’m sure this is something the owners are not aware of! I would definitely stay there again, however as it is perfect for a large family!

"Walk to Lake" caught my eye and it is correct. We walked to Tahoe every day. The fenced in lawn was a favorite place for games and relaxing. The house held our four families quite comfortably. Also enjoyed the hot tub. Very nice vacation rental!

It was my first stay at this property but likely not my last.
I came with my extended family, including 3 young children and our dog. The house is spacious with a huge yard to play in. The house itself has been recently updated although a few of the bathrooms are still original - all very clean but the renovated bathrooms are much nicer. Plenty of room for 3 adults, 3 kids and a dog (we didn’t even use one of the rooms).
Hot tub is well maintained.
Great location near Sandy Beach - I have been coming to Tahoe all my life and have never been to this beach before so this was a great discovery. It has soft sand and boat rentals. There is a sand bar so you have warmer, shallow water that is great for kids. Most importantly, it is much less crowded than the other nearby beaches - we went to Kings beach one day and it was packed.
Lots of food options nearby and even walking distance to ice cream.
Overall a great home in Tahoe for the summer. Large, dog friendly, updated home with good location and nearby amenities.

Walk to Lake vacation spot!
"Walk to Lake" caught my eye and it is correct. We walked to Tahoe every day. The fenced in lawn was a favorite place for games and relaxing. The house held our four families quite comfortably. Also enjoyed the hot tub. Very nice vacation rental!

The agreement was very restrictive to the point of not being able to move furniture. Fines were listed for everything so we spent a lot of time ensuring we knew the rules so as not to get fined. Virtually no language in the agreement on what their responsibility was. Very high priced. We still had fun and made the best of it.
