We loved every minute of our 5-day stay - couldn't have been a better Easter!
We loved the location,- just a short walk to the beach and lots of things to see in the surrounding area. Our grandchildren (aged 5 and 8 years) had a great time and we got in a fair bit of surfing/swimming which is pretty amazing for mid April.

Stay was fine but tone set by repeated management company threats of extra charges really put us off!
great location, comfortable house, 5 minute walk to the beach, 45 minute drive to Wilson’s Prom.
For the amount charged we didn’t expect to be threatened by the terms of the management company which said we would be charged $500 if we checked out after 10 AM, that there would be a $220 charge if the barbecue wasn’t cleaned, there would be an $80 a bag charge if garbage was not taken out, we were expected to do all the dishes and empty the dishwasher before we left and there were no dish towels or paper towels provided. You also have to provide your own linens unless you pay extra which seems like a bit much when you’re paying $300 plus a night. When we arrived the key was broken off in the lock although the management company did manage to get that fixed within two hours which was no small feat considering where the house is and and it was a holiday weekend. In short the house was great but we found the onerous threats from the management company decidedly unwelcoming and Un-Australian. We’ve traveled all over the world and I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and have never encountered anything like these terms. A simple “please be out by the 10am check out time” would have sufficed.
