I found this listing on VRBO and the size and location were perfect for what we needed. Our entire Family 4 generations stayed! 18 people in total and the house was perfect. It had everything we needed and the Beach walking access was perfect to go back and forth with the babies and the Grandparents!
The only thing I wish was different would of been the check in and check out times! I understand there is a cleaning process and that takes time… However not being able to check in before 4pm on a Thursday and then literally having to pack everything Saturday Evening just to make sure the little things got tidied up on the inside Sunday before 10am was a bit of a rush especially having Little’s that needed breakfast and the wake up process. Maybe adjust those hours and it would be PERFECT!
Over All Memories were Made and we enjoyed our stay!! Beautiful Cabin and Location!

The house & location were awesome!! We enjoyed home & our only problem was no electricity the first night. I realize it wasn’t your fault but it was very upsetting & then on our last night it happened again. Again it was unfortunate but put a damper on our trip. Would love to use this property again. Maybe loyalty rewards or stay 5 nights get one night free!!

Great "On the Beach" location with plenty of room for our group of 18. Clean, well kept up. Beach items for the kids to use were provided.
TV's in all bedrooms, nice sit at kitchen island and separate conversation area. Deck area with amble seating.

The house was great. I received so many compliments from all of my friends and family for choosing this house. From the location to proximity to the beach, to the house itself, it was great.
The only knock, if there is any (and there's really nothing else), but the house swayed a bit. We have stayed in a Crystal Beach Beachhouse every summer for the last 10 years. We have never stayed in the same house twice. I have never felt a house sway, but this one did. I wasn't the only one that felt it, but it was very minimal at best. It was actually kind of cool, cuz we felt like we were on a cruise ship. It doesn't sway enough to cause dizziness or any sea sickness or anything like that, but we certainly felt it.
The house was super clean, and it was fully furnished. My wife said that it was probably one of the best stocked houses that we have stayed in. (Again, we have stayed in a beach house every summer). We really didn't bring anything other than our swimsuits and food and drink. That was it.
It was a great stay, and we would highly recommend this house to anyone.

House was awesome. Perfect view and right on a private beach. You could leave your stuff out overnight and no one bothered it. Would recommend it to anyone.

The property was just as stated in the listing. Clean; a well organized kitchen with everything you need; floor plan very open to engage all twenty guests at one time; bedrooms and bathrooms were very large; the views from the deck were incredible; the sound of the ocean from the deck revealed just how close you were to the beach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

This cabin was absolutely amazing! Perfect location and plenty of room for everyone. Home was very clean and welcoming. I will be renting this cabin again soon!

The property is beachfront and has amazing views. The house has a great open floor plan for entertaining with the kitchen open to the living and study room. Had an issue and Geroge took care of it quickly. We will definitely be back at this property or other properties by Bolivar Vacation Properties!

The house was clean well furnished including everything you could ask for in the kitchen. One couple ended up not being able to join us and that worked out well in the end as the upstairs bedrooms required you to walk through one bedroom ( the bunk room) to get to the other separate bedroom. Would be great for family with a bunch of kids but a bit awkward otherwise. Overall a fabulous experience at the beach

This is a great house for a large group. It has lots of bedrooms, a large living room and plenty of deck space with great furniture. Having two refrigerators in the kitchen is a real plus. The condition and layout of the house was outstanding.

Shenanigans was roomy, comfortable, and clean. Decks off almost every room gave guests their own space to enjoy the fabulous view. The bathrooms are extra nice and numerous. Two refrigerators in the kitchen was a plus for us. The location is super, right on the beach and no house on one side, giving us some extra privacy. Everyone really liked this house.

Fabulous house, great location
Great location. Love the layout and decor. Lots of windows to enjoy the view of the beach. Five nice sized rooms. All beds are big and comfortable. Very clean. Five very clean bathrooms. Great balconies. Nice and breezy parking garage, large enough to park four vehicles, with 2 tables and chairs and counter space for grilling. Great place to gather during the hottest pet of the day.

Large, Spacious Beach House - Perfect for Big Groups
The house was big and spacious, which was great for my group of 14 adults, and right on a nice, quiet strip of the beach. We mainly cooked in and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. It was a bit hit with the whole group, would definitely recommend!

It's just WOW!
What can I say?!?! It's really an amazing property. Everything was exactly as described. Our extended family of 14 adults and children really enjoyed the stay. The house was beautiful, clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed. And the view was second to none. Loved sitting in the deck to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or an adult beverage in the evening. Highly recommend!

Perfect Thanksgiving Stay
The home was absolutely perfect for our family and what we needed. The location is great, it's fully equipped with all the kitchen things, the layout is awesome, the decks are amazing...we loved it all! My only complaint is the mattresses. 😂 They aren't the comfiest! But we'd definitely stay again and highly recommend!

The property is clean and well maintained. We love all the high end appliances, pots/pans, utensils, blender, coffee maker. Not cheap Dollars store like I have seen at some of the past rentals.

Pristine property with great sleeping/bathroom arrangements for 10 ladies celebrating a 50th birthday. Inside seating and outside desk seating was wonderful. Right on the beach with great views. Will visit again with friends or family.
