We absolutely loved this little cabin. We were blown away at how clean it was. We loved the privacy and the chickens next door. We will definitely be back! It is the person spot on the lake.

Four of us, ages 12-75, stayed for two nights while we explored Oxford and watched an Ole Miss game. The cabin was nice and clean and a Hunter’s/fisherman’s dream. The beds were comfortable (the pullout sofa not so much) and the cabin had a nice set up. A short drive right off the four lane made for an easy commute in and out of Oxford. Parts of the neighborhood were a little interesting but otherwise cannot complain…would stay here again and recommend. Can’t beat it for a small group when it’s 1/3 of the price for one hotel room during a football weekend and allows you to spread out and spend time together without being on top of each other.

Very nice place to stay with that cabin feel! Close to several lake access points. Great amenities. Tidy. Pictures are accurate. Would 10/10 stay here again! We enjoyed fishing Sardis lake and caught enough for a fish fry for the two of us. Plenty of parking for a boat.

This home was even better than described. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. My husband and I were there to celebrate our anniversary and to go fishing on Sardis Lake. This property was located less than 10 minutes from the state park and the boat launch. It was far enough from town to feel secluded, but also close enough to get to stores and restaurants within 15-20 mins. We would definitely stay again. Mika was a wonderful host!

We had the pleasure of staying in this rustic cabin for Ole Miss graduation weekend. Mika was a wonderful host and very responsive when I had a question. I appreciated knowing that the owner lives nearby and was able to respond so quickly. The cabin is an easy 15 minute drive from the Ole Miss campus. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner for the family. We were in town for our daughter's graduation and she kept insisting that we go back to the cabin to spend time together, rather than hang out at her apartment. The bench that goes around the deck meant we could get take out and sit outside and enjoy the weather when we didn't want to cook. Overall it was a great stay and we would highly recommend the cabin and the owner!

The pictures on the site does no justice for this gem. From the kitchen to creative decor in each bedroom, I loved it! My family and I will be staying here again!
