Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this property. Heather was very responsive to our questions, the house was in a safe location, and the location provided a quick drive to many of the Outer Banks sites.

This was a great place to stay. Close to beach and grocery stores. Restaurants were close and delicious. Heather the owner was always available. We brought our service dog and the doggie door and fenced yard were convenient. We used the outdoor shower as there were 5 of us. Bed were comfortable and kitchen ware was stocked.

We enjoyed our stay here. Kitchen was well equipped for making meals at the house. The home just overall had a cozy vibe and was in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is a short drive (around 5 minutes). There is also several restaurants within a short drive as well. This was our first time visiting OBX but I do not think it will be our last.

The house was a perfect fit for my Dad, son and I. Heather was always available for questions and her suggestions were great for the area. We really had the best time and we’ll be back next year for sure!!! Thanks Heather!

The house was great! Exactly what we needed for our family vacation! Full kitchen had all the tools needed to cook fresh sea food. A short drive or bike ride to the beach (a little far of a walk), however you do have to cross a very busy local highway.

The 5 of us enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. It was perfect for cooking outside. Nice patio deck. The beds were super comfy with soft sheets and the bath towels were great! The neighborhood was active with bicycles and people walking. No noise in house and very peaceful and the sunsets from the Bay were incredible. Very short drive to the ocean. Would love to stay there again!!

Pros: affordable, comfortable, quiet, responsive host, decent location, well stocked, clean, washer/dryer in home, guitar and games/puzzles
Cons: more suited for 4 people (not 6 like advertised, but we made it work), small indoor shower, outdoor shower doesn't have adequate pressure

We stayed here in July for a short family vacation. It was the perfect little house for us for the trip. Nice quiet neighborhood. All communication(there was a lot on our end lol) with the owner was great! She responded very quick each time!

Summerlin vacation 2021
We enjoyed our stay. All of the neighbors were friendly and just checked on us occasionally to see if we needed anything or any recommendations for activities or restaurants. It was very affordable and just enough room for our group. Really nice shaded backyard to relax in the evenings. Host was extremely accommodating and always gave a quit response to any questions.

Lovely getaway
Quiet neighborhood, close to beaches, lighthouses, food, and the Wright brothers memorial. Clean, comfy and again, quiet. Really nice spot to relax in; nice outside porch and beautiful (magnolia?) Tree in the backyard. Heather was helpful with suggestions in the area. Nice place! 😊

Little bungalow was set up perfectly for our week vacation and accommodated to our every need. Our little 3 year old also very much enjoyed the kid puzzle, little chair, and slide for her enjoyment. Will definitely rent this place again if available next year and tell everyone to look for this place.
